Electric hybrid energy storage system has been researched for a long time.With its continuous technical innovation,the performance of pure electric vehicle can rate with the traditional internal combustion engine vehicle.The energy source of pure electric vehicle is developed from a single battery to a hybrid energy storage structure,aiming at improving the power performance and optimizing its endurance performance,so as to make it more suitable for the travel of electric vehicle users.Today,pure electric vehicles are also an important means to alleviate environment problems and energy problems.Therefore,the power system with high specific energy storage battery as the main energy source and high specific power super-capacitor as the secondary power source is taken as the research object,and the control strategy of the electric hybrid energy storage control system is studied.The main contents are as follows:Based on the analysis of electric hybrid energy storage system,a overall structure scheme of a hybrid energy storage control system is proposed and a brief description of each function has been given.The typical hybrid energy storage power supply topology is introduced in detail,and the performance advantages of different topology are compared.On this basis,the hybrid energy storage power supply topology studied in this paper is built.The control strategy of hybrid energy storage system is being researched carfully.Based on the research of logic threshold control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm,the control strategy adopted in this paper is proposed: the vehicle running state is divided by logical threshold control,and the improved fuzzy PID algorithm is embedded,so that the system performs well in the aspects of security,stability,control accuracy and corresponding speed.The hardware circuit of the system is designed on the basis of the previous introduction.The circuit of each part is designed.Finally,simulation experiment is running on ADVISOR platform,the mathematical model of battery-ultra-capacitor hybrid energy storage power supply is built and the mathematical model of bi-directional dc-dc converter is designed The parameter of the model is determined.Updating the control strategy in the ADVISOR Vehicle Model,and complete the simulation experiment.The simulation results of three different control methods are compared in this paper to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the design control strategy.To sum up,the structure and control strategy of the electric-electric hybrid control system are the focus of this paper.Based on the design scheme of the electric-electric hybrid energy storage control system,the energy management control strategy is designed,and the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by the ADVISOR simulation platform.The results provide technical support for vehicle design and simulation. |
