As biomedical materials and products are widely used in clinical,and these materials and products will have direct contact with human tissues and cells in application,they need not only good physical and chemical properties,but also good biocompatibility.Cytotoxicity detection has been widely used in laboratory and hospital for its advantages of short detection cycle,low price and simple experimental operation.One of the main devices involved in the process is the carbon dioxide incubator,which can simulate the human environment,including the human body temperature,PH and humidity for the purpose of biocompatibility testing.On the basis of summarizing the research status of advanced equipment at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of cytotoxicity detection workstations,this paper develops a carbon dioxide incubator with compact structure,small size,electrical heating technology,and easy automation.The incubator developed in this article solves technical problems such as temperature uniformity,carbon dioxide concentration,and humidity in the incubator.For the temperature control scheme,the combination of theoretical calculation and simulation is adopted.The calculated power is reasonably distributed to the corresponding heating panel,and the temperature uniformity inside the incubator is simulated.The simulation results are used to optimize the structure of the incubator,and corresponding improvements are made according to the differences between the actual system and the simulation model.At the same time,in terms of hardware,this article selects components based on functional requirements and application occasions,and designs printed circuit boards such as the main control board,temperature control board,water level detection board,and stepper motor drive board.In terms of software,human-computer interface and self defined communication protocol module are designed;temperature and carbon dioxide concentration are controlled by software simulation PID controller,and humidity control module with fault tolerance technology and motion control module with acceleration and deceleration process are designed.In this paper,the principle prototype of carbon dioxide incubator system is made,and through static and dynamic debugging and verification,the results show that the system meets the design requirements. |
