| Develop low carbon economy to coordinate social and economic development,the basic approach to energy security and climate change,which has been widely recognized by the world.At present,China’s relatively traditional high-carbon economy is facing great challenges.It is urgent to move towards low-carbon economy.To achieve this goal,we must make full use of the carbon resource cycle.In this design,I use carbon dioxide copolymer green polymer material as the core raw material,according to the corresponding method to synthesize the copolymer mixture,and put it into use in the pavement surface.If this kind of material compared with asphalt,there are many advantages,it has certain probability to cause cancer,this is because the asphalt and generate toxic effect of light,if people’s respiratory tract after the asphalt smoke,people are likely to lead to poisoning,which burst forth a series of problems,such as headaches,dermatitis,etc.,for the people’s health will bring negative effects to be reckoned with.In addition,the temperature stability of asphalt materials still needs to be improved.It may soften in summer and easily form ruts,and it is easy to be brittle in winter,certain temperature guarantees are also required during transportation and stirring,these all has certain inconvenience.The advantage of carbon dioxide copolymer is that the material can be fully biodegradable,more environmental friendly,non-toxic and harmless to human body,less resource and energy consumption,and less ecological and environmental pollution.And the rational use of carbon dioxide copolymer is also the recycling of medical waste,play a waste into a treasure of great significance.As a new type of pavement material,carbon dioxide copolymer mixture has a good prospect in the application of road pavement layer.There are many researches on carbon dioxide copolymer at home and abroad,but there are few literatures on carbon dioxide copolymer mixture.Carbon dioxide copolymer mixture was synthesized by the synthesis method of asphalt mixture.The aim is to study the properties of carbon dioxide copolymer and its mixture.In addition to the introduction and summary,there are five core parts.The specific work is as follows:(1)The basic index of carbon dioxide copolymer material was studied: The density test,Strength test,Gel time and Adhesion test.These serve as the basis for understanding the properties of carbon dioxide copolymers.(2)Ac-13 type grading was used for mixing ratio design.Carbon dioxide copolymer mixtures were prepared with different adhesive concentrations of 8%-13%.The variation of apparent density,stability,flow value,saturation and voidage of the mixture with different adhesive concentration was analyzed.And on this basis to determine the optimal ratio of glue-stone and adhesive dosage.(3)This mixture specimen to perform the corresponding experimental research,this research mainly refers to the three performance Angle,respectively,rutting resistance,low temperature stability and resistance to water damage of the three performance,after that,the uniaxial compression tests on the material,this material is to analyze the performance of,finally,to conduct a comprehensive contrast that with the asphalt,observe the effect of many of its performance is improved,which effect is better.The results show that carbon dioxide copolymer mixture is an excellent new pavement material.It can meet the use requirements of road surface,and It is worth spreading in the new roads in our country.(4)In order to be able to make the material performance of ascending to a higher level,in the design,I according to five different dosage of basalt fiber mixed with this material,and indoor experiment,to explore in this mixture,how much more appropriate dosage arrive,then parse the content on the properties of the road,according to the result of experiment to obtain,it is not hard to find,after the incorporation of this material,the performance is improved,have high low,the ideal dosage is 0.4%.(5)The time-temperature characteristics of carbon dioxide copolymer mixture were analyzed,and find the rule in the mixed material specimen test.Based on a great deal of experience,the time and condition of health preservation are determined,and reasonable Suggestions are made for mixing,transportation and rolling of the mixed materials in the future construction site. |
