| With the adjustment and upgrading of China’s construction industry structure,prefabricated construction has been vigorously developed,and prefabricated construction technology has also been expanded and applied to more and more engineering construction fields.Especially in the field of municipal public infrastructure,the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor gradually adopts the assembly construction technology.Compared with cast-in-place construction,the assembled urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor can shorten the retention time of the foundation pit and reduce the impact of the comprehensive pipe corridor construction on urban traffic.At the same time,with the industrial production of integrated pipe corridor components,more and more light pipe corridor projects have been completed,in line with the green development concept.However,there are still some problems in the assembly construction of the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor.For example,the industrialized component manufacturers weld the steel bars according to the traditional two-dimensional design and construction drawings,which will cause the steel bars to bare the concrete structure phenomenon;during the construction and installation,the components cannot be accurately positioned and many more.This article will discuss the application of BIM technology based on the Bentley platform series of software and apply the BIM technology to the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor project planning and design,industrial production,construction and assembly,maintenance of the full life cycle,and study the effective path to solve the aforementioned problems,which has strong practical significance.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the three construction methods of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors,the focus is on the analysis of the two types of assembly methods: integral assembly and superimposed assembly.Aiming at the problems and imperfections of these construction methods,an optimized construction scheme that is more convenient for the construction and maintenance of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors is proposed,and verified its feasibility in specific project cases.Through the research on the standard components and joint practices of the assembled urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor,the preferred direction of standard components and joint practices that are convenient for construction,installation,and maintenance is summarized.This paper establishes the assembly construction method and repairable design concept of the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor,and the optimization of standard components and node practices,and the way to improve the on-site operation process,provide new ideas for the construction and maintenance of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors.Cultivation provides new ideas,strives to better use the prefabricated construction technology in the field of municipal public infrastructure,and makes meaningful explorations in enhancing the economic and social benefits of urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors.The results of the optimization can be directly applied to the design,construction,installation,and maintenance of the prefabricated urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors,providing new technical methods for the design and production frontline staff. |
