Public building energy efficiency is the key of the construction energy conservation in our country. The monitoring system of public building energy construction in Shandong Province is started in2010.The public building energy conservation monitoring information platform covering the entire province has completed preliminary construction at present, and has realized the3level data networking of department, provincial and city. Since the universities’ expending in recent years, colleges and universities building energy efficiency has become an important task in the field of the large public building energy efficiency. This paper sets up the provincial university construction monitoring system. The system is one of the important parts of the monitoring information system of the Shandong Province public building. The system monitors, analyzes and displays the energy consumption according to the characteristics of the college campus building in building classification.Shandong Provincial university construction monitoring system is a special energy--saving monitoring information platform. This system is connected with the monitoring information system of Shandong Province public building. It is responsible for receiving the building energy consumption data that college campus buildings subsystem monitored. According to the needs of system design and energy consumption monitoring, in this paper, the building code is designed to achieve smooth connection of two levels of encoding by the construction of colleges and universities classification, coding system building characteristics and the actual maneuverability. On the basis of the original building information, the system complement building additional information and help to more accurately targeted analysis of energy consumption data, according to the characteristics of the construction of colleges and universities. Similar to other municipal data center system development and design, building energy conservation monitoring system of colleges and universities with three layers of software system architecture, B/S,. NET and other key technology designed and development.Thesis on the basis of theoretical study, based on the system demand analysis, it is designed and development for the colleges and universities in Shandong Province energy conservation monitoring database system of information management system. The system should be according to the characteristics of the construction of colleges and universities classification meet the higher and lower fusion of database system. Background database using SQL Server2008enterprise edition software, design of database system and programming development, realize the secure storage of the energy consumption monitoring data and statistics.Paper also completed the system main function module design, and completed the part of the main module of system implementation. System front-end interface has been designed with ASP.NET, completed in the database connection, the realization of ultimate energy consumption data calls, and through the SQL Server’s Reporting Services and Analysis Services function implement statistical analysis of energy consumption data and relevant information and show release, etc.Finally, the preliminary study of data mining technology is used to prediction of building energy consumption. Using the neural network structure of building energy consumption prediction model, based on a sample of data monitoring system for simulation using MATLAB to predict, the simulation results show that the model has higher accuracy. Compared to the traditional method of data analysis, data mining technology in the field of building energy consumption analysis will have wider application prospect.
