With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,urban engineering construction activities as part of urbanization development have also entered a development boom.At present,urban engineering construction is still in a state of extensive development.There are problems such as labor intensiveness,large resource consumption,blind planning and expansion,and environmental pollution.In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to sustainable development,and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society has become a topic of general concern.The sustainability of urban engineering construction has also gradually received high attention from experts and scholars,but there is still a certain gap in the research on the efficiency of the sustainability of urban engineering construction in China.In this paper,through scientific understanding of the concept and connotation of urban engineering construction sustainability,then combined with system theory,sustainable development,sustainable construction and other theories,the evaluation index of urban engineering construction sustainability efficiency is constructed,and then select 30 provincial capital city and municipality in China to analyze its static,dynamic and predictive efficiency,and then proposed corresponding improvement strategies.First of all,this paper defines the concept of the research content,taking the physical form construction of urban interior housing and infrastructure as the research object,and divides the 30 provincial capitals and municipalities into eight comprehensive economic zones.Based on the in-depth analysis of the concept and connotation of the sustainability of urban engineering construction,the efficiency evaluation system is constructed through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature.Through the use of DEAP and Maxdea software,and the use of data envelopment analysis to assess the efficiency of 30 provincial capital cities and municipalities in China from 2008 to 2017,it is found that the overall efficiency of sustainable development of urban engineering construction in China declined first and then increased,but the regional comprehensive efficiency varies greatly,and the efficiency value of the Northwest Comprehensive Economic Zone is much higher than other regions;Pure technical efficiency presents a state of increasing first and then decreasing,with an average efficiency of 1.925,showing a good overall performance;The overall scale efficiency is ineffective,and the average scale efficiency in the northern coastal region is the lowest in ten years.In terms of scale reward,about 83% of cities are in a decreasing state;Projection analysis of inefficient cities found that the redundancy of capital investment and land investment is the most obvious.Subsequently,the Malmquist Total Factor Productivity Index model has used to analyze and evaluate the changes in the sustainability efficiency of urban construction in China from 2008 to 2017.Thirdly,the grey forecast model is used to predict the input-output data of the eight comprehensive economic regions in the next five years,so as to analyze the changes of the comprehensive efficiency of the eight regions in the next five years.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of the northeast region,the southern coastal region and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River will increase in the future,while the efficiency values of the other five regions will decrease in varying degrees.Finally,from the analysis results of three levels of static efficiency,dynamic efficiency and forecast efficiency,the corresponding promotion strategies are proposed.The research results of this paper have improved the efficiency evaluation system of urban engineering construction sustainability to a certain extent.On the other hand,it also provides reasonable and effective countermeasure guidance for improving the sustainability efficiency of urban engineering construction. |
