With the rapid development of the domestic economy and automobile manufacturing industry,the people’s living standards continue to improve,the number of cars is increasing year by year,and the speed of car replacement is getting faster and faster.The number of old parts to be recycled is increasing day by day.This brings about a series of resource reuse problems.The main purpose of the old part data service of automobiles is to carry out further data mining on the old part data after the recovery and recycling of old parts and realize the circular economy,so as to make full use of the old part data to provide enterprises with old part data services.Old-part data services are an important part of the transformation of data into knowledge by automobile manufacturers.The thesis is oriented to vehicle manufacturers,based on the automobile industry chain collaboration platform,extracts old part data from the platform data space for systematic analysis,and provides old part data services for manufacturing companies.This thesis takes manufacturing companies as the research object,based on a third-party cloud platform,with the goal of realizing old-part data services,and carries out the following research.First,the research background,research significance and research status of the old part data service for manufacturing enterprises are studied.Based on the old part service model,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,the construction plan of the old part data service professional library and the old part data service plan are proposed.and based on the two,designed an overall solution for old part data service.The solution gives full play to the advantages of manufacturing enterprises as the core of the value chain,extracts data from the platform data space,forms a professional database of old part data services,and conducts research on old part data services.Then,based on the overall solution,the overall system architecture was designed.The system designed in the thesis serves vehicle manufacturers,and three functional modules are designed: old part data analysis,old part analysis report,and accessory reserve decision support.Through the old part data analysis module,the manufacturing company systematically analyzes the old part data and forms a complete data analysis report to provide data support for the company to improve product quality.At the same time,use the data analysis report as a reference to extract the old part data characteristics,to pave the way for the realization of the number of old parts forecast function.Through the shared data analysis report module,the old data analysis results of upstream and downstream cooperative enterprises are shared with cooperative enterprises,thereby improving the overall service level of the industry chain.The thesis builds a specialized library of old parts to support the realization of old parts data services.According to the characteristics of old parts,the thesis uses genetic algorithm(GA)to optimize support vector regression(SVR),and builds a forecast model for the number of old parts based on the GA-SVR algorithm.Manufacturing companies make reference to the forecast results of the number of old parts to make spare parts reserves decision making.Based on the B/S three-tier architecture,according to the actual needs of the manufacturing company,this thesis designs an old part data service system based on a third-party cloud platform,which includes old part data analysis,old part analysis reports,and parts reserve decisions support function modules.Through this service system,the enterprise realized the process of transforming old part data into knowledge,and finally realized old part data service.
