| The catenary is an important part of the railway traction power supply system.It is a special transmission line that is generally erected over the railway to supply power to electric locomotives.The catenary compensation device,as a supporting device for catenary,has the main function of elastically compensating the catenary,improving the power supply quality of the catenary,and ensuring the normal operation of electric locomotives.Through the fixed-point monitoring of the catenary compensation device,the working status of the catenary can be understood in real-time.If the compensation device of the monitoring point malfunctions,the staff can get the news in time and go to repair,and quickly troubleshoot the malfunctions,which can effectively reduce the risk caused by the failure of the catenary and its compensation device,reduce economic losses,and protect personal and property safety to a certain extent.This thesis combines sensor technology,wireless communication technology,and embedded technology to design a monitoring system for the catenary compensation device.The system mainly collects the parameters of the monitoring point compensation device(including the b value of the compensation device,the temperature of the surrounding environment of the catenary,the wind speed,and the tension of the compensation rope)and the monitoring point picture through the distance measuring sensor,temperature sensor,wind speed sensor,tension sensor and camera.And it adopt STM32F407 based on ARM architecture Cortex-M4 core as the main control chip to pre-process and analyze the collected data so that it can identify several common malfunctions of the compensation device.Then,the collected data and the result of malfunction identification are sent to the host computer server through the wireless communication module.The client of the host computer can read the data of the server and display the data,and can also store the information to the database,and the user can view the historical information at any time.If the compensation device is abnormal,the client can alarm in time,and the user can view the actual working status of the compensation device through the picture uploaded by the camera,which realize the real-time monitoring of the compensation device.The system designed by this thesis has the characteristics of convenient management,low cost,simple structure and high real-time.The staff can get the status of the monitoring point compensation device through the system without going to the monitoring site,which has certain practicality and expandability for the online monitoring of the catenary compensation device. |
