| In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of the level of economic development,China’s vehicle ownership has been constantly increasing.At the same time,the demand for urban road transportation resources has become more and more vigorous,and the conflicts between supply and demand are sharply grown by it.On the other hand,to solve this problem and meet the travel needs of passenger flow,the potion—the mass travel needs of urban mass transit is being rapidly expanded,consequently the abovementioned contradiction is simultaneously exacerbated by its occupying-road construction,which may cause traffic congestion at the construction site and high transportation social costs.Therefore,the study of the impact of open-cut construction on social transportation costs and the evaluation of its impact can help to judge the traffic effect level of open-cut construction,and a reference is provided for the selection of construction methods and the formulation of traffic optimization strategies during construction period.Firstly,the influence on traffic in the construction process of open-cut subway station is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of subway station construction and the commonly used construction method,the paper focuses on the analysis of the influence of open-cut excavation construction on the traffic in the construction area of the station,and clarifies the form of the influence of open-cut construction on the traffic,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the social traffic cost calculation model of opencut subway station.Secondly,based on the theory of externality,a social transportation cost calculation model of open-cut subway station is established.The externality theory is used to define the social transportation cost caused by open-cut subway construction,limit the social transportation cost of open-cut subway stations to three aspects: traffic congestion cost,traffic accident cost,and traffic environment cost,and puts forward the calculation on each component method,then the open-cut metro station social transportation cost quantitative calculation model is established.Thirdly,the social transportation cost evaluation index system of open-cut subway station is set up."Xingsheng station of Chengdu rail transit line 6" is taken as an example,the above model is used to calculate the social transportation cost during construction period,and the main component cost of social transportation cost of open-cut construction is clarified.Combined with the calculation model,the main evaluation index of the impact of open-cut construction on social transportation cost of subway station is determined.Finally,the evaluation method of the impact of open-cut subway station construction on social transportation cost is put forward.Based on the establishment of the social transportation cost evaluation index system for open-cut subway station construction,this paper classifies the indexes by means of simulation and theoretical calculation,and puts forward the reference standard for social transportation cost impact evaluation of open-cut subway station construction.Based on the operating state classification principle and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution evaluation method(TOPSIS),the evaluation method was established to determine the threshold value of the grading of the degree of influence,and the grading of the degree of influence was carried out.Ultimately,it is put into application combined with a specific case. |
