| In the erection of power lines,new power lines and existing railway lines often cross the situation.With the development of electric power and railway construction in China,the situation of new power lines crossing with existing railways is increasing day by day.According to the relevant regulations,the construction of electric power lines above the railway must carry out safety protection to the railway and obtain the consent of the railway management department.At present,the common method of railway crossing protection is to set up scaffolding and install insulation protective net.The steps of this method ar e tedious,and the construction period is long and the safety is low.Based on mechanical design and relevant railway codes,this paper discusses various existing safety protection schemes for railway crossing designs the railway crossing safety protection equipment in detail,selects the purchased parts of railway crossing protection equipment,and establishes the digital prototype model of the whole equipment by solidworks,which provides the foundation for the later dynamic simulation and statics simulation.Simulation results show that the scheme is feasible.As a master of engineering,I completed the production of the first cross railway protective equipment prototype in China.In order to improve the safety of the protective net system under the impact of cable,a new type of energy-consuming device is designed for the railway safety protection equipment.The dynamic load simulation of the energy-consuming device is carried out,and the load-displacement curve and the energy dissipation are obtained.This kind of energy-consuming device is added to the protective net system and the cable impact simulation is carried out.It is concluded that the energy-consuming device can effectively improve the safety of protective equipment.A finite element analysis model of each component is obtained by using hypermesh finite element pre-processing software to simplify the equipment model and mesh division.On the basis of the GB/T 3811-2008 crane design code and the work flow of crossing the protective equipment,17 dangerous working conditions are drawn up,the load calculation is carried out according to the working conditions of the protective equipment,and the ansys software is used to simulate one by one.Finally,the weld check is carried out according to the weld check standard in the crane design code,and the equipment meets the requirements is verified. |
