| Internal control is an important part of corporate management.As the "blood" of an enterprise,money funds play important role.Its internal control issues are even more critical.With the development and evolution of research on internal control of corporate money funds at home and abroad,the general management theory of internal control of funds has been relatively mature,but the research on internal control of funds for construction companies is still in the exploratory stage.The construction industry has always maintained a quarter of the GDP.As the main body of the construction industry,construction enterprises,the quality of internal capital control plays a vital role in the development of enterprises,the local economy and even the national economy.Construction enterprises have special industry characteristics-engineering projects are often large-scale,longer production cycles,more complicated economic activities,and each construction project is different.The construction site is often not located in the local port of the company,but is spread all over the country,and internal control of money funds is more difficult than the local branch.As a branch of A construction and installation company registered in other cities,H construction enterprise has many problems such as weak awareness of internal control of money funds and lack of its internal control methods.This article takes H construction company as a case,summarizes and reviews the research results of internal control of domestic and foreign funds,and evaluates the internal control of H construction company funds based on the COSO internal control framework,the basic norms and application guidelines of internal control in China.As a branch of a stateowned restructuring enterprise,H Construction Company’s internal capital control thinking is relatively outdated.With the deepening of the contradiction between the development of the company’s out-of-town engineering business and the lagging market competitiveness of the company,financial management and risk management problems caused by the internal control of funds Increasingly prominent.In view of the above issues,this article takes the five elements of COSO’s internal control framework:Control Environment,Risk Assessment,Control Activities,Information and Communication,and Monitoring Activities as the starting point.The internal control objectives of funds are pre-managed through the top-level design of the strategic layer,starting with business activities.Carry out dynamic tracking management,and implement the internal control objectives of money funds through process and authority management.Through the research on the internal control of H construction enterprise funds,analyze the reasons and formulate countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the internal control of money funds of other branch companies of the construction industry. |
