With the construction of high-speed railway in China,high-speed railway has gradually become one of the mainstream transportation modes for people to travel,which also puts forward higher requirements for the transportation organization of high-speed railway.To a large extent,the high-speed train stop schedule plan reflects the service level and the configuration of the high-speed railway’s transportation capacity.In order to meet the travel needs of passengers and ensure the benefits of railway and society,it is of great significance to study and optimize the high-speed train stop schedule plan.The theoretical knowledge and background of the railway train stop schedule plan and the accessibility is systematically presentd in this dissertation,and the accessibility of the high-speed train stop schedule plan on the basis of their meanings is put forward.On the basis of the establishment of the evaluation index system of node importance of high-speed railway,the accessibility measurement index and calculation method of the train stop schedule plan have been determined.Then,an optimization model of high-speed train stop schedule plan with the optimization objectives of spatial accessibility,time accessibility and passenger travel convenience optimization is established.Finally,the stop schedule plan of "Beijingnan Railway Station-Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station" section of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway has been taken as an example,which is optimized by using the simulated degradation algorithm.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status and relevant literature on the problem of stop schedule plan and accessibility,the concept and theory of stop schedule plan and accessibility have been introduced in the first part of this dissertation.Then the basic elements and influencing factors of the stop schedule plan are expounded,and the stopping mode of high-speed train is analysed.The characteristics and influencing factors of accessibility are introduced,and the commonly used accessibility measurement methods are compared.2.The meaning of accessibility of high-speed train stop schedule plan is put forward.The concept of node importance coefficient is introduced,and the evaluation index system and calculation method of node importance are established.On this basis,the measurement index and mathematical expression of the spatial and temporal accessibility of the train stop schedule plan are determined.The influence of the equilibrium distribution of train time on the accessibility of passengers is analyzed,and it has been taken as one of the objectives to optimize the accessibility of the stop schedule plan.3.The optimization model of high-speed train stop schedule plan is established by taking the spatial accessibility,optimal accessibility and equilibrium of the station stop plan as optimization objectives.According to the characteristics of the optimization model,the simulation degradation algorithm is introduced,and the principle and steps of the algorithm are introduced.4.The stop schedule plan of "Beijingnan Railway Station-Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station" section of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway has been taken as the optimization object,the data of the current stop schedule plan is calculated,and the established model and simulation degradation algorithm are taken to optimize the train stop schedule plan,so as to obtain a better accessible train stop schedule plan.
