| With the implementation of Beijing Tianjin wing integration,"one belt,one road" and other strategies,railway container multimodal transport is showing a good development trend due to the advantages of high transportation efficiency,low cost,environmental protection.Road-rail vehicle has the double advantages of road semi-trailer and railway vehicle,which is in line with the goal of "promoting cross mode rapid transfer of standardized facilities and equipment" in the strategy of becoming a powerful transportation country,gradually gets people’s attention.At present,the development of road-rail vehicle in China is later than other developed countries;there is still a gap with developed countries.At present,there is little research on the dynamic performance of road-rail vehicle with loading mode in China.This paper studies the dynamic performance of articulated road-rail vehicl under different loading modes.Firstly,this paper introduces the development and application of the technology of road-rail vehicle in our country and abroad.This paper introduces in detail the structural features and working principles of several typical road-rail vehicles.It is kown that the technology of Railrunner is more in line with Chinese national conditions and track line conditions.We can learn from the technology of Railrunner road-rail vehicle to design a new type of road-rail vehicle,whitch can conform our national standars.After detailed introduction of the structure and technical parameters of the articulated road-rail vehicle,this paper establishes dynamic simulation model of 4-car formation under ten different loading modes by using SIMPACK after reasonable assumption and simplification.Then according to GB/T 5599-1985 dynamic performance evaluation standard,set up the test line and speed,get the simulation results of the vehicle dynamic performance of the road-rail vehicles under different loading modes.By analysising the simulation results of empty and loaded vehicles,it can be kown: the hunting stability,comfort and curve perfoemances of empty and loaded vehicles meet GB/T5599-1985 standard.The hunting stability and comfort of loaded vehicle are better than empty vehicle.The dynamic indexes of the vehicles at the end of the formation are better than those of the intermediate vehicles.By analysising the simulation results of eight loading modes of mixed loading of empty and loaded vehicles,it can be kown: the number and location of the loaded vehicles have a great influence on the dynamic performance of the vehicles.The arrangement of heavy vehicles at the end of marshalling vehicles can improve the dynamic performance.When the empty vehicle and loade vehicle are arranged alternately,the dynamic performance of the vehicle will become worse.The results of the analysis provide a theoretical basis for the rational and safe operation of articulated road-rail vehicle.In the end of this paper,the influence of the distance between the traction center pin and the rail surface on the dynamic performance of the empty and loaded vehicle is studied.The results show that the increase of the height of the traction center pin can improve the critical speed and the running stability of the empty and loaded vehicle.It is suggested that the height of the traction center pin from the rail surface should be set in the range of 1.15-1.25 m to ensure the safety of the vehicle when passing through the curve with small radius. |
