| In this paper,chemical non-lethal weapons are used as research objects,and high-speed water jet devices are designed to meet the performance requirements.The atomization mechanism of high-speed water jets is established through the theory of fluid mechanics,and the atomization parameters of water jets at different calibers and different speeds are calculated.The mathematical model of high-speed water jet movement was established by the launch theory,and the outlet velocity of water was calculated under different doses.Numerical simulations were conducted on the flow characteristics of the high-speed water jet in the nozzle flow field and the atomization in the external flow field.And carried out high-speed water jet movement and atomization test,the experimental results prove the correctness of this study.The results of this study can be directly used in the design of chemical non-lethal weapons and equipment.According to the design index,the structure design of the high-speed water jet injection device was carried out,and the atomization mechanism of the high-speed water jet was established through the theory of fluid mechanics.The Weber number and the Anisol number under different calibers and different speed conditions were calculated and calculated by the jet motion.The basic structure is explored to obtain the relationship between the length of the basic jet section and the length and diameter of the atomization section d;The mathematical model of the high-speed water jet movement was established by the launch theory,and the outlet velocity of water was calculated under different doses.The relationship between the pressure of the thick-walled orifice nozzle and the outlet velocity of the nozzle was calculated and analyzed.The ICEM was used to establish the plane model of the flow field inside and outside the nozzle,and based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software,the flow of the high-speed water jet in the nozzle flow field under different nozzle shrinkage angles,different nozzle lengths,and different nozzle inlet pressures.The characteristics and the atomization in the external flow field were numerically simulated.Through detailed analysis of the numerical solution results,the atomizing diameter and stroke of the high-speed water jet were corrected,and the atomization determination basis was proposed.Design and conduct water jet air atomization experiments.In the experiment,through the measurement and analysis of high-range water jet range and spray diameter data,the relationship between diameter and stroke was obtained when high-speed water jets were moved and atomized in the air,which verified the correctness of theoretical calculations and numerical simulations. |
