| Heavy truck is an important branch of automobile industry,its development level will have an important impact on the national transportation industry,and the suspension system determines the performance of heavy truck.At present,the suspension structure of domestic heavy truck is mainly leaf spring suspension,but with the development of truck technology and the diversification of social transportation demand,air suspension has become a new development direction of heavy truck suspension,and a large number of applications will appear in the foreseeable future.Because the structure of air suspension and leaf spring suspension is quite different.At present,the whole vehicle production line of Chinese truck enterprises was designed based on leaf spring suspension at the beginning of its establishment.How to design a set of process plan,realize the production of air suspension heavy truck on the production line based on leaf spring suspension design,and realize the mixed production line of two structure models is the problem that Chinese truck enterprises need to solve.Based on the current situation of the production line of a truck enterprise,this paper designs a set of process plan,which solves the demand of mixed production line of air suspension and leaf spring suspension.In order to achieve the goal of mixed production line of air suspension and leaf spring suspension,this paper first analyzes the heavy truck technology and the development trend of suspension.According to the development history of air suspension,it is proposed that air suspension is the main direction of heavy truck development.According to the current production situation of air suspension models in domestic enterprises,the research direction of this paper is proposed.Then this paper analyzes the working principle and components of air suspension,summarizes the current mainstream air suspension structure,and selects the typical heavy truck of air suspension in China and developed countries in Europe and America for product comparison.In addition,the influence of assembly line process balance on the production capacity of the enterprise is analyzed.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the production line of the enterprise,the process plan of air suspension is put forward.Finally,according to the different structure of air suspension,the corresponding process plan is designed,and the process equipment plan,quality control plan and production control plan are designed simultaneously.After the implementation of the new design process plan,the actual production effect is verified,The time of production process is shortened from 24.5 minutes to 6.4 minutes for the composite air suspension model and from 25.2 minutes to 6.42 minutes for the full airbag air suspension model,all of which meet the time requirement of less than or equal to 6.5 minutes for the leaf spring suspension model and achieve the goal of mixed production of two products.The qualification rate of vehicle offline in mechanical control mode increased from 84.3% to 96.3%,and in electronic control mode increased from 75.4% to 94.1%;The time of vehicle debugging was reduced from 8.65 hours to 6.54 hours for mechanical control model,and from 10.35 hours to 6.72 hours for electronic control model;The time for vehicle preparation and inspection was shortened from 2.86 hours for mechanical control model to 2.08 hours for electronic control model,and from 3.42 hours to 2.15 hours for electronic control model;The three indicators of vehicle qualification rate,vehicle commissioning time and vehicle preparation inspection time have been significantly improved.Therefore,all indicators have reached the expected goal,which can meet the demand of enterprise capacity improvement. |
