| Accidents caused by driving fatigue often lead to major personal injury and huge property damage.In a complex dynamic system of human-vehicle-road,driving fatigue is the result of a combination of various factors.The initial research on driving fatigue mainly focused on internal factors such as the driver’s sleep rhythm and physiological characteristics,and less on the road environment.In order to study the relationship between the monotonous environment and driving fatigue,analyze the changes of the driver’s fatigue degree in the monotonous environment,use EEG,eye trackers and other instruments to carry out natural driving experiments in the Golmud-Qinghai-Tibet section of G109 to obtain driver’s physiological,psychological,driving behavior data and driving fatigue subjective KSS scale.Analyze the changing rules of various indicators in different states,and determine the indicators that can effectively evaluate fatigue in a monotonous environment.The monotonous environment is quantified according to the vegetation level corresponding to the altitude of the experimental road section.According to the change rule of each index and the subjective KSS scale,the driving fatigue is divided into 3 levels.The correlation between fatigue evaluation indicators and driving time and vegetation level was analyzed.The results showed that all indicators were significantly uncorrelated with driving time.Except for steering wheel steering angular velocity,other indicators were significantly related to vegetation level.Select(α+θ)/β,average blink duration,blood oxygen and vegetation grade as independent variables,driver fatigue degree as dependent variable,establish an orderly multi-class logistic model,and analyze the relationship between monotonous environment and fatigue degree.The result show that under the monotonous environment,(α+θ)/β and the average blink duration have a significant positive effect on the degree of fatigue,and blood oxygen content has a negative effect on the degree of fatigue.When the vegetation coverage changes from sparse to sparse,the driver is more alert and the fatigue level increases slowly,with a fatigue increased to 5.9%.As the vegetation coverage decreases,drivers will overcome their own fatigue and the fatigue increased to 5.8%,which is a decrease from the previous stage.When the vegetation coverage is reduced again,the monotonic environment is further exacerbated,and the driver’s fatigue increases significantly and quickly.Using the classification data mining method,the fatigue threshold of(α+θ)/β was determined to be 29.According to the relationship between driving fatigue and monotonous environment,the preventive countermeasures for driving fatigue under monotonous environment are proposed,which can alleviate driver fatigue through improved design of road environment. |
