| In recent years,with the advancement of construction technology and continuous development of the green building industry,long-span steel structure buildings have gradually ushered in new development opportunities.At the same time,the long-span structural system and the complicated appearance of buildings are the development direction of current public buildings.Compared with the traditional structure,this type of structure is huge and complex,so it will bring new problems to each stage of its life cycle.As for the construction stage of long-span steel structures,how to achieve scientific construction management,fully consider the mechanical problems,formulate reasonable construction plans,organize and coordinate the entire construction process are urgent problems to be solved.The traditional construction management and control method based on experience has been unable to meet the requirements of quantification and refinement in the construction management and control of complex steel structures.As a product of building informatization,the application of building information modeling(BIM)technology has become a general trend.From the perspective of the construction party,this research build a application framework of BIM in the construction control of long-span steel structures.In view of the major and difficult problems in the construction of such structures,the application research of BIM technology in the comprehensive management of such projects were carried out.This paper studied the following aspects:(1)Review the literature and collection materials,analyze the characteristics of BIM technology and large-span steel structures,and the status of research at home and abroad;Discuss the importance and necessity of the application of BIM technology in the control of this type of building construction.(2)Aiming at the components and equipment commonly used in the construction of large-span steel structures,a special BIM family library was developed to facilitate the parametric modeling of steel structure construction simulation.(3)Based on the concept of data sharing and the principle of multi-purpose,the application framework of BIM in the construction control of large-span steel structure construction was established.(4)Based on the overall framework of BIM in construction management of large-span steel structures proposed in this paper,the key work links such as the application of BIM in construction management,the application of BIM in construction simulation mechanics,the smooth transfer of BIM model data,and combined with actual engineering case furtherverified the feasibility and applicability of the research results.(5)Integrate all kinds of information during the construction phase,perform static three-dimensional display,dynamic three-dimensional display and construction modeling preview of the project construction process to facilitate the comprehensive management and control of the project;Pursuing the fundamental concept of BIM data sharing and collaborative operation,the achievements such as parameterized family libraries,structural models,key process simulations,and rendering renderings are shared. |
