This paper mainly studies the superstructure construction data andthequality control measures of the Shatangba bridge,Nanfu expressway.Analyzes with the methods of orderly-erecting analysis and numerical simulation,and then takes effective measures In this paper,the main research content includes:1.According to the actual situation and the comparison of each kind of control scheme,this paper expounds the best analysis methods and reasonable measures during the construction of the steel structure.2.With midas civil software,a numerical calculation model of steelwork's superstructure is built to analyse deformation and force distribution.And the results can serve future construction.3.According to the numerical model,combined with the actual value in the acquisition of construction,after comparing the two,with the actual situation,adjusting the model to achieve the correct deviation to realize the purpose of monitoring and mastering bridge structure alignment,while setting the camber,reasonably set the elevation of structure.4.Constantly adjusted according to the actual situation,and combined with monitoring data of the superstructure,to meet the maximum time period ends of the cantilever pinch in the margin control within ±3.0cm monitoring requirements,the closure segment in the allowable error range smooth closure,the actual construction stress basically meet the requirements.
