Abstract/Summary:
Steel-concrete composite structure is more and more used in engineering, and the steel-concrete joint is more and more concerned by researchers.Shear nails,a traditional shear connection mode, have been widely used.Later, more and more connector forms emerge, among which the representative one is the shear connector with perforated steel plate and steel bar, namely the PBL connector. There are few researches on this kind of joint at home and abroad. This paper simple composite beams, continuous composite beams and composite beams for two-pylon cable-stayed bridge three, respectively by traditional stud connectors and the combination of PBL connector and combination of fitting three shear key form beam considering using finite element software ABAQUS creep and nonlinear simulation analysis of interface slip in the constant load under the action of internal force and deformation of research. The following conclusions can be drawn from the comparative analysis of the research results: The influence of creep deformation on the structure should not be underestimated no matter what type of structure and joint scheme. There is a certain difference between the widely used reduced cross section method and the actual composite structure with consideration of slip. For simple supported and continuous beam structures,PBL and composite joints can significantly improve the stress, vertical displacement, coupling shear and interface slip of the structure, which has a better effect on the stress and interface slip of the simply supported beam, while for continuous beam structures, the vertical displacement and coupling shear has a slightly better effect. In terms of structural stress and deformation,it also has a certain beneficial effect on cable-stayed bridge, but the improvement degree is not as good as that of continuous structure, especially the interface slip. The main research work of this paper includes:1.This paper summarizes the development and research situation of steel-composite Bridges at home and abroad, summarizes the research status of the main components of steel-composite Bridges at home and abroad, and then introduces the problems to be solved and the research content of this paper.2.This paper briefly introduces the traditional bolted shear bonds, the improved structure form and mechanical analysis method of PBL and composite joints, gives the calculation method of concrete creep, and sums up the calculation theory of considering the interface slip effect of composite beam structure under the long-term load, which provides the basis for the calculation in the following paper.3.Using large nonlinear calculation software editing subroutine of ABAQUS to simulate the simply supported and continuous composite beam structure refinement, calculation and analysis of two types of structure under three kinds of fitting scheme structure considering the effect of creep deformation and interface slip the overall mechanical performance, summarizes the different fitting contrast for the shear stress and vertical displacement, connecting structures and the influence of interface slip and rule and influence degree.4.Based on the actual project, the finite element software MIDAS was used to build the calculation model of the long-span cable-stayed bridge to extract the internal forces and boundary values and select the standard sections.ABAQUS was used to build a local model to analyze and study the influence of shear bonds on the structure’s forces and deformation.5.From simple support to continuous to long-span cable-stayed bridge, from traditional shear bond to PBL connector to composite connector, the force analysis results of different types of connectors of different structures are comprehensively observed, and the influence characteristics of connectors are summarized, which provides ideas for bridge design and connector setting in the future.
