Highway tunnel is a relatively closed space.,fans need to be turned on to provide power for tunnel ventilation to dilute pollutants under high traffic conditions.In actual operation,the ventilation system has faced the problem of high-power consumption which is not conducive to the achievement of "Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Saving and Reduction for the 13 th Five-Year Plan " of China.Therefore,the tunnel’s energy-saving ventilation strategy needs to be studied to achieve the energy-saving and safety of tunnel operation.In this paper,under the conditions of the existing mechanical and electrical equipment scale of highway tunnels,this paper studies the pollutant emissions and ventilation wind pressure,establishes a ventilation control model based on real-time data,and optimizes the ventilation control strategy for highway tunnel operations.First,the natural wind and traffic wind model of highway tunnels is studied.According to the law of conservation of energy,the original mathematical model of natural wind and traffic wind is corrected using Fluent software,and a natural wind pressure algorithm based on realtime operating environment monitoring data is established to improve the perception of the natural ventilation and traffic wind promoting ventilation effects.Secondly,based on the ventilation environment monitoring module and traffic volume data,an average vehicle emission factor algorithm and an hourly traffic volume prediction model are established to improve the prediction accuracy of the total amount of pollutants in the tunnel.Thirdly,based on Bernoulli equilibrium equation,a real-time control strategy for highway tunnels based on traffic volume is established.Then,the integrated ventilation environment monitoring module with higher accuracy is developed to monitor the operation ventilation environment used by STM32,and a visualization platform is develop based on the C / S ventilation control strategy.Finally,the energy saving and safety analysis of the ventilation strategy is realized through the technical practice of the ventilation control strategy of the highway tunnel.The study shows that compared the original ventilation system,and the improved ventilation control strategy reduces energy consumption by about 21.43%.The increase level of pollutant concentration can be limited by the reasonable air volume and speed in a short period of time,and the safe operation of the tunnel can be satisfied.It is proved that the ventilation control strategy is not only safe,but also more energy-efficient than the original ventilation control system.And a reference can be provided for highway tunnel operation ventilation without shafts.
