There are many deficiencies in the current road snow and ice control technolo gy.From the perspective of pre-prevention,this paper combines bionics to develop a method that has anti-freeze adhesion,reduces the adhesion between ice and roads,and has no negative effects on roads and their auxiliary facilities.The super-hydro phobic coatings that affect the characteristics are applied to the surface of cement c oncrete roads,and the anti-freeze viscosity properties of super-hydrophobic coating c oncretes are studied in order to provide a new idea for the anti-freeze and anti-icin g technology of cement concrete roads.First,the paper introduces the road icing process,road surface ice layer adhesi on characteristics,and road freezing adhesion theory.The selected super-hydrophobic theory model is introduced in combination with the solid surface wettability to pro mote the droplets to fall and delay the icing time.The anti-freeze adhesion mechan ism of the superhydrophobic surface was analyzed in three aspects:reducing the ad hesion between ice roads.Secondly,the raw materials for the development of coati ngs and the testing equipment were selected,and the optimal mixing ratio was sele cted according to the influence of the amount of each component on the coating pe rformance.The performance of the super-hydrophobic coatings under the optimal mi xing ratio was tested.Thirdly,according to the influence of the amount of superhy drophobic paint on the hydrophobic effect,pavement skid resistance and cost,the o ptimal amount of superhydrophobic paint was selected comprehensively,and the roa d performance of superhydrophobic coating was tested under the optimal amount.In the end,a drop promotion test,a delayed icing time test,a reduction test between ice roads,and an ice load failure test were designed and tested respectively.The application effect of super-hydrophobic coatings on cement concrete pavements was studied.The results show that super-hydrophobic coatings can be used in theory for ant i-freeze adhesion of roads,and the effects are mainly reflected in three aspects:pro moting droplets rolling down,delaying icing time,and reducing adhesion between i ce roads.The optimal formulation of the paper superhydrophobic coating is 4g of water-based epoxy emulsion,3g of curing agent,30ml of absolute ethanol,10ml of deionized water,3g of nano-Si O2,and 17-fluorodecyltrimethoxysilane is 0.5ml,the amount of KH-550 is 1ml,and the amount of carbon black is 0.7g.Under the opti mal formula,the coating has good storage stability and chemical stability.The opti mal dosage of superhydrophobic coating is 0.5 L/m2.Under the optimal dosage,the coating has good temperature resistance,easy cleaning and weather resistance,and the abrasion resistance needs to be further strengthened.The super-hydrophobic coa ting can effectively promote the drop of droplets on the cement concrete pavement.I n the three temperature test groups of 5°C,-5°C,and-15°C,the effects have bee n increased by 72.9%,79.7%,and 81.2%;In the environment of-5°C,the superhy drophobic coating can effectively reduce the cooling speed of the liquid droplets on the surface,which can make the freezing time of the liquid on the concrete surfac e longer by 45.5%than the ordinary test piece;the use of superhydrophobic coatin g can change the ice layer and the road surface The interlayer status of the ice lay er makes it easier for the ice layer to rupture under impact load or vehicle load fo r easier removal.
