Multiple earthquake disasters show Many earthquake disasters show that the old reinforced concrete frame structures will be seriously damaged and collapsed after the earthquake,resulting in serious economic losses,so it is necessary to strengthen the old frame structures to improve their seismic performance.However,the economic performance of different engineering seismic reinforcement methods varies greatly in the whole life cycle of the structure,so it is necessary to conduct seismic economic loss assessment research on RC frame structures strengthened by different schemes,and to obtain the economically optimal reinforcement scheme on the premise of meeting the seismic performance objectives,so as to provide the decision basis for the owners.RC frame,the author of this paper has designed a variety of aseismic strengthening methods,including outsourcing steel reinforcement method,the steel reinforcement method and damper damping reinforcement method,through the analysis of the seismic risk analysis of structural response damage and loss analysis,the earthquake function structure response function damage function and loss function,calculate the economic losses and corresponding probability,the reinforcing method in this paper,the structural mechanics performance and safety performance into economic performance,the introduction of economic internal rate of return of the net present value of the payback period of dynamic economic evaluation indexes such as the strengthening schemes can be evaluated.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The old reinforced concrete frame built in the 1980 s was used to carry out the seismic identification of the structure in accordance with the existing RC frame seismic identification system in accordance with the current code.According to performance based seismic design method of RC frame respectively application outsourcing steel reinforcing steel support reinforcement method and the damper damping reinforcement method to carry on the design,finite element analysis platform based on SAP2000 respectively establish original structure finite element model and the structure of the three kinds of reinforcement,reinforcement structure for Pushover analysis and elastoplastic time history analysis,through the analysis of the plastic hinge status indices such as displacement between layers,comparison of various reinforcement schemes in structural seismic performance differences.(2)With the peak acceleration PGA as the ground motion intensity parameter(IM),and the maximum inter-layer lateral shift Angle Max as the seismic demand parameter(DM),the amplitude of the original seismic wave was adjusted for many times,and the incremental dynamic IDA analysis of the three reinforcement schemes and the original structure was carried out under the condition of retaining the actual ground motion spectrum characteristics.FEMA procedures of three kinds of limit state as the interlayer displacement Angle limits,according to the probabilistic seismic demand analysis and value of different limit state interlayer displacement Angle,which USES the analytical method of reinforcement scheme of seismic vulnerability curve can be obtained through the curve of the reinforced structure IDA statistical points back to return analysis,get the reinforcement structure vulnerability curve,vulnerability curve analysis indicates that the use of additional damper reinforcement structure,its internal structure small damage.(3)Before the earthquake in earthquake economic loss evaluation is the key to quantify risk,therefore,in this paper,the strengthening RC frame for the seismic damage assessment of probability study,respectively for the probability analysis of vulnerability curve,strengthening schemes get reinforced structure economic loss curve,then the loss curve to carry on the numerical integration,economic loss to reinforcement scheme is obtained.By the internal rate of return of net present value dynamic payback period of economic decisions such as index,the comprehensive analysis of various reinforcement schemes,the decision that damper damping method for the optimal solution. |
