Asphalt mixing equipment is an indispensable mechanical equipment in the construction of asphalt pavement.The accuracy of the metering system in the equipment directly determines the product quality of the produced asphalt mixture.However,at present,the domestic 5000-type asphalt mixing equipment has a relatively low degree of automation,the accuracy of weighing is not high enough,and the quality of the produced asphalt mixture is poor.So,it is very important to develop a stable,fast and highly accurate weighing system.This paper introduces the asphalt mixing equipment and production process based on consulting related literatures,and comprehensively considers the research status of aggregate weighing systems.Taking a domestic weighing system of a 5000 type asphalt mixing equipment as the research background,based on the ASI fieldbus network,to meet the requirements of aggregate weighing control,the overall control network of the asphalt mixing station is designed.Analyze and study the mechanism of aggregate weighing system and establish a mathematical model of weighing process.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the weighing accuracy,a complete aggregate weighing section control plan is formulated.According to the repetitive characteristics of aggregate weighing,through the analysis of mathematical model,the weighing system has non-linear characteristics.By comparing the controllers,an open-closed loop iterative learning controller was selected for the 5000-type intermittent asphalt mixing equipment.The control of aggregate weighing system and simulation analysis verify the effectiveness of the method.According to the difference between the aggregate properties and set values of each silo in the actual production process,the parameters of the weighing system may be uncertain,resulting in unstable system performance.In order to solve this problem,this paper introduces the fuzzy iterative idea.The use of fuzzy iterative controller makes the aggregate weighing system achieve the ideal control effect.According to the actual weighing control requirements,this paper designs the flow chart of the aggregate weighing control program and writes the corresponding control program.Through the research in this paper,it provides a reference for further improving the aggregate weighing system of asphalt mixing equipment.
