Nowadays,the design of high-rise buildings is more aesthetic,as a Building Maintenance Unit(BMU)for cleaning and maintaining the outer walls of high-rise buildings,need to consider the installation of BMU can be in harmony with the building,do not affect the beauty of the building.The novel exterior design of buildings drives the innovation of BMU in structure and function.The new BMU that can meet the high requirements of work and has better hidden effect will have a good prospect in the BMU industry.In this paper,aiming at the narrow roof space of some buildings and the strict requirements on the building appearance,the lifting mechanism of the new lifting BMU is studied and designed,and its dynamic characteristics are simulated.Firstly,this paper puts forward the design scheme of new lifting mechanism based on the existing lifting BMU,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the new lifting mechanism and the existing lifting structure,and carries out the structural design of folding rod lifting mechanism and telescopic folding rod lifting mechanism;According to the design scheme of telescopic folding rod lifting mechanism,the force analysis is carried out,and the change of the force of each oil cylinder during the movement of lifting mechanism is obtained,which provides a basis for the selection of oil cylinder;The stability of this kind of BMU is analyzed and calculated in the berthing state and working state.Secondly,the hydraulic system of lifting mechanism is designed to realize the movement of lifting mechanism and complete lifting of lifting arm,main actions include: lifting boom leveling,connecting rod amplitude,connecting rod telescopic,balance boom telescopic;The relationship between the motion process of the lifting mechanism and the change of the center of gravity of the whole machine is analyzed and studied;The control method of hydraulic system is put forward,the demand of telescopic flow of oil cylinder is analyzed and studied,and the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is adopted to control the motion of lifting mechanism.Finally,using the ADAMS software to the BMU dynamics simulation analysis,build the virtual prototype model of the whole machine,complete the whole lifting movement process simulation,all the force of the cylinder,the analysis of the force of the return roller,the validation in the process of the machine movement stability,provide a reference for lifting mechanism structure design.This paper studies and designs the new BMU lifting mechanism has a better hiding effect,meets the market demand of BMU,and has certain reference value for further research on the new lifting BMU. |
