| Logistics has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives,as a key factor and an important part of logistics cost,transportation planning is of great significance to reduce enterprise cost and improve customer satisfaction.At the same time,the exhaust gas from traditional fuel vehicles in transportation has a negative impact on the environment.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,new energy vehicles,because they are more friendly to the environment than traditional fuel vehicles,are strongly supported by the government,and are gradually used in the logistics industry.The essence of transportation route planning is vehicle routing problem(VRP).This paper studies the routing problem(PHEVRP)based on the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV).When the vehicle is running in the electric mode,zero emission can be achieved.The access to the charging station and the evaluation of the battery capacity are considered in the path planning.When the vehicle is running in the fuel mode,it can cover a wider range of travel,and consider the visit to the fuel station in the path planning.This article is to plan a reasonable driving route for PHEV logistics transportation vehicles under certain constraints to minimize the total cost.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Starting from the problems of green logistics and VRP extension,this article illustrates the use plug-in hybrid vehicles for transportation superiority,according to the research content,GVRP and EVRP problems and research status are introduced respectively,the research status of PHEVRP,the research status of various charging methods and consider queuing situation of the research status of VRP problems,and the calculation of solving the combination optimization problem Methods are reviewed.(2)For PHEVRP problem,the definition of relevant parameters is given and the mathematical model of the problem is established.A hybrid memetic algorithm was designed,which combined with sequence variable neighborhood descent search(HMA_SVD).Using standard test cases,the results obtained by HMA_SVD algorithm were compared with the optimal results in the existing literature to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm,and the stability of the algorithm was demonstrated by analyzing the experimental results.(3)The iterative local search algorithm(ILS)is used to solve the new PHEVRP problem,which considers the queuing of resource occupancy in the energy station and different charging modes(including slow charging,fast charging and super-fast charging)in the charging station.This article introduces the problem and its solving algorithm in detail from the aspects of the encoding and decoding mode of the problem,the initial population,the update of the solution.In addition,many more realistic factors are added to the objective function to minimize the total cost,such as the charging cost under different charging modes.Finally,the experimental results and specific case analysis based on benchmark instance are presented. |
