Study On The Design Of Urban Road Landscape Upgrading In Xi’an

Roads play an irreplaceable role in the space environment in the city,and they are an important part of people indicating geographical locations.Therefore,the composition of the urban road landscape affects the image of the city all the time.In terms of urban landscape,the important role of roads is to deal with the relationship between urban landscape axis and point-like landscape construction.At present,the modernization construction is constantly improving,and the construction of urban roads is extremely important,especially for the urban economic and cultural development.The urban road landscape reflects the city’s economic conditions and regional image,which has the function of regulating the ecological environment,and minimizes the harm caused by urban air pollution,urban waterlogging,and heat island effect.Because the road design of Xi’an City cannot meet the needs of modern urban development,historical problems,and lack of arranging principles,the focus of urban road construction has always been on solving the problem of traffic congestion,and the design and construction of landscape plants have been ignored.A few urban road plant landscapes lack later maintenance measures.The overall design of the urban road landscape not only cannot meet the development needs of ecological and economic coordination and symbiosis,but the urban road landscape shown cannot promote the comprehensive improvement of people’s needs and spiritual needs.With the rapid development of urbanization,the promotion of sponge cities,urban transformation and renewal have received much attention.It is urgent to strengthen the upgrading of urban roads and improve the quality of the city.Therefore,one of the current rectification focuses is urban upgrading and transformation.,And urban road landscape is the focus of municipal landscape design.Based on the relevant theories and practical research of urban road landscape design at home and abroad,this paper specially selects the landscape design of the five representative urban roads in Xi’an as a specific reference,and proposes methods and strategies for the improvement and transformation of urban road landscape design in Xi’an.Taking Siyuan Huannan Road in Xixian New District as an example,before the rectification,the local natural environment and cultural context need to be systematically sorted out,and a series of design and construction plans around the sponge city are proposed to provide reference for urban road landscape construction and improve Xi’an provides a reference for the overall road landscape level and quality,so as to improve the city’s ecological functions as a whole,and provide experience and reference for the improvement and transformation of urban road landscapes in other cities.
