| Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid rise of people’s quality of life,infrastructure construction across the country has entered a "high-speed era".On January 21,2004,the State Council of China reviewed and approved the "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan",planning and constructing the "four horizontal and four vertical" passenger dedicated lines.Since then,China’s railway construction has achieved considerable development.By the end of 2019,China’s high-speed railway The total operating mileage reaches 35,000 kilometers,ranking first in the world.During the period of vigorous development of China’s railway construction,more and more new railway bridges need to pass through flood control areas such as river courses,estuaries and flood storage areas.In order to ensure the safety requirements of newly built railway bridges and river courses for flood control,it is necessary to conduct flood control impact assessment analysis for large-scale construction projects built on rivers with flood control tasks in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.To this end,this article takes the basic situation of the Liushudian Yanhe Bridge on the Yan’an-Yulin High-speed Railway and the flood control requirements and standards of the jurisdictional river as the research object,conducts the flood control evaluation study of the river crossing bridge project,and provides guidance for the flood control safety evaluation method of the bridge And borrow.The main contents of the flood control evaluation of wading bridges include:demonstration of flood hydrological elements,analysis and demonstration of river erosion and silting evolution within the reach of the proposed bridge location,analysis and calculation of the speed and water level parameters at the bridge location,according to the bridge design data and related standards and specifications,Calculate the bridge backwater and maximum erosion depth,analyze and evaluate the impact of bridge construction on the stability of the river channel,the existing structures of the river,the planning of water conservancy projects,flood control,flood prevention and rescue,and the legal water rights of third parties under design flood conditions Carry out a comprehensive evaluation,and put forward elements such as corresponding prevention and remedial measures and suggestions on the related issues of flood control impact.This paper takes the Yanhe River Bridge in liushudian of yan’an-yulin high-speed railway as the research object,discusses the research background,significance,content and technical route of flood control impact assessment of super large bridge of high-speed railway;comprehensively analyzes the flood control influence area of super large bridge constructionproject,such as river channel,meteorology,hydrology,water and sediment,geology and water conservancy project;sums up the super large bridge The results show that the flood control evaluation of the proposed liushudian Yanhe River Super Large Bridge on yan’an-yulin high-speed railway conforms to the standard,and the backwater of the pier has a certain impact on the flood carrying capacity of the river Remedy.Through the research on the flood control impact evaluation of the high-speed railway bridge construction project in this article,it will provide a solid theoretical and data reference for the flood control evaluation of the high-speed railway bridge in other regions,and carry out effective practice on the basis of summing up experience. |
