"High-speed railway bridge and tunnel building repair rules"(Trial)is not focused on the concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge test items,content and depth.in addition,daily management about the maintenance of the inspectors are only on the apparent defects were visual,leading to the detection of key is not clear and the depth of unreasonable.This paper selects the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity New River Bridge(main bridge)to carry out targeted test and evaluation,including the status quo inspection,operational performance test,bridge status rating three parts.This paper divides the inspection and evaluation of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity New River Bridge(main bridge)into three units: deck system,superstructure and lower structure.Among them,the bridge deck detection content includes ballastless track,operating channel,shutter,railings or sound barrier,anti-collision wall,beam joints telescopic device and deck Drainage System.The upper structure of the detection content includes arch ribs,cross braces,arch,boom system.The lower structure of the detection content includes bearing,piers.Combined with the appearance of detection and special test results,the formation of the following conclusions is that the components in addition to the sling system and the arch rated as B-level,the other parts are C-class state.In addition,the operation performance test of the new bridge(main bridge)of Beijing-Tianjin intercity is carried out.The results show that the transverse and vertical amplitudes of the arch ribs are small and the overall stiffness of the arch ribs meet the requirements.The longitudinal amplitude of the main beam across the horizontal,vertical and main beam ends is small,the overall stiffness of the main girder satisfies the requirement;The impact coefficient of the bridge under the incentive of the train is less than the same type of bridge specification value,which meet the design requirements.In summary,the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity New River Bridge(main bridge)need to repair the sling system and the arch to ensure the safety of the bridge operation.
