As actuating components of hydraulic valves,DC solenoids are widely used in hydraulic control systems.DC solenoid performance test bench is a device for detecting the performance of DC solenoid.This device played an important role in the parameters detection of solenoid and the development of new solenoid.This paper takes the DC solenoid performance test bench for valves as the research object,analyzes the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of test bench that have been developed by our country,and clarified the direction of improvement.The motion parameters and measurement errors of the test bench was calculated.The components of the test bench are selected according to the product function requirements.Starting characteristics of moving parts of the test bench are calculated according to the test bench design parameters,and three kinds of speed of the motor are determined to reach the accuracy and fastness of the movement of the moving parts during detecting solenoids with different displacement.The reasons of resulting deviation as detecting force and displacement of the solenoids are analyzed.Calculated the maximum deviation of force and displacement.The coaxiality error of the center lines of the force sensor and the solenoid was calculated.The control system circuit is designed.Based on the functions and characteristics of the EM9636 data acquisition card and servo amplifier,the servo motor control circuit,force and displacement signal acquisition circuit are designed.By using the solid state relays in parallel with buttons and knob switches that realized the computer and manual dual control modes.By Visual Basic 6.0 developed the software with the function of detecting the force under rated displacement,force under displacement range and force under different applying voltages,which can achieve the functions of network connection,parameter initialization,displacement detection,force detection,motor control,and data reading and writing.The Timer event is used to implement the delay drive.The Data Arrival event is used for data transmission to ensure the reliability of data collection.The Excel tables corresponding to three kinds of detection are designed to extract and store the detection data of the solenoid.The mechanism,electrical control circuit and software of the test bench have been fully debugged,and relevant tests have been performed using MBFZ1-35 Y explosion-proof solenoid.The test results show that the function of the test device meets the software design requirements,the test is fast and reliable,and the drawing is clear,which meets the various requirements of the test device.
