Develop Integrated Test Bench For Vacuum Set Toilet

Vacuum toilet is an important part of railway energy saving,environmental protection,safety and health system.It has emission function and plays an important role in improving the environment of trains.Due to the abnormal interference from external factors during operation and the bad running environment,the vacuum toilet has caused frequent failures in the operation of passenger cars,and has seriously affected the ride comfort of passengers.Therefore,it is important to study the comprehensive test rig for vacuum toilet to improve the efficiency of maintenance,to improve the comfort of passengers and reduce environmental pollution.The object of this study is the vacuum collector comprehensive test bench,and the test object is the vacuum collector used in the passenger car of the Changsha vehicle.First,the paper briefly describes the development situation of the domestic and foreign toilet devices,expounds the research status of the performance test test-bed at home and abroad,and plans the main research ideas and contents of this paper.Then the structure and working principle of the vacuum stool,which is used mainly for passenger train,are introduced.The basic structure,working principle and design basis of the vacuum pan comprehensive test stand are analyzed,including the circuit control system of the test bench and the gas path control system.The test items and relevant test procedures of the components of the vacuum toilet bowl were identified,and the parameter basis of whether the performance of the components of the vacuum toilet assembly was qualified was also given.Secondly,introduces the vacuum collector test-bed hardware system consists of embedded computer,A/D module,input and output module,the main hardware sensor,solenoid valve and pressure regulating valve and other parts of the design,and reasonable selection of the hardware according to the operating parameters of vacuum toilets in the test bench.Then,according to the test requirements of related components,we completed the compilation of the main modules of vacuum toilet,such as sensor calibration module,experimenter information management module,data acquisition module,data processing and storage module,etc.Using Visual Basic application program interface(API)function,dynamic link library(DLL)and open database connectivity(ODBC)technology,adopt object-oriented program design to design the visual operation interface of the program is reasonable,can be achieved on the test personnel information management,can save,query and print the test report.Finally,the test of vacuum toilet test-bed in practice,on the test basis,test conditions and test results and test the economic benefits were analyzed,which indicates that the vacuum collector test-bed can completely meet the vacuum collector manufacturer performance testing of various components request.
