The bottom pivot friction pair is the main load-bearing component of miter gate.When the ship lock is opened and closed,the bottom pivot friction pair system is affected by friction and wear.Once the miter gate fails due to excessive wear of the friction pair of the bottom pivot,the waterway route is forced to stop,resulting in huge economic losses and adverse social impacts.The contact stress and wear failure life of the bottom pivot friction pair of miter gate are analyzed and modeled,the contact stress of the mushroom head of the bottom pivot and the wear failure life node of the bottom pivot friction pair are calculated quickly and accurately,and the corresponding measures are taken to replace the wear failure bottom pivot friction pair in time.The quantitative result information is obtained through calculation to seek the optimal operation condition of the bottom pivot friction pair of the newly-built or remodeled miter gate,and to extend the service life of the newly designed bottom pivot friction pair.The thesis conducts the research on the design system of the friction pair of the bottom pivot of the miter gate based on tribology.Taking the bottom pivot of miter gate as the research object,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the friction pair of the bottom pivot of miter gate which is in service or newly-built or remodeled,and determines the structure design,process development and function distribution of the friction pair of the bottom pivot of miter gate through tribological design systems.Based on the analysis and summary of the calculation methods of the contact stress of the mushroom head of the bottom pivot and the wear failure life of the friction pair of the bottom pivot,a numerical calculation model suitable for different working conditions of the bottom pivot is established.In order to visually represent the contact stress of the mushroom head of the bottom pivot and the result output of the wear failure life of the friction pair of the bottom pivot,the three-dimensional contact stress diagram and the two-dimensional CAD dynamic graph output of the bottom pivot,the structure size of the bottom pivot,the operation parameters of the gate,the matching material performance parameters of the bottom pivot,the performance parameters of the lubricating medium,the lubricating structure parameters,the wear parameters are analyzed and calculated for the bottom pivot mushroom head contact stress,the bottom pivot friction pair wear failure life,and the bottom pivot design associated dimensions.Based on the theoretical experience of the tribology of the bottom pivot of miter gate,according to the existing test results of the project team,the object-oriented development technology and modular design ideas are adopted.Visual Studio 2013 is used as the development and design platform,a set of friction pair design system for the bottom pivot of miter gate based on tribology was developed by using the method of mixed programming of C# and MATLAB,assisted by database management system and Auto CAD2010 graphic display function.The main contents completed are:(1)The auxiliary database management system,such as matching material and performance parameters of bottom pivot,lubrication medium and performance parameters,lubrication structure parameters,gate operation parameters and wear parameters,is constructed by using structural method,which has the function of adding,modifying and deleting parameters.(2)The contact stress of the mushroom head of the bottom pivot and the wear failure life of the friction pair of the bottom pivot under different working conditions are analyzed and modeled with the mathematical modeling idea,which provides the necessary core algorithm support for the subsequent development of the design system.(3)Determine the key technical support of the development process,and call the specific interface functions of MATLAB and Auto CAD2010 through the C# main interface program to realize the output of the calculation results of contact stress,wear failure life,the display output of three-dimensional contact stress diagram and two-dimensional CAD dynamic drawing of bottom pivot,accurately and intuitively show the contact stress distribution characteristics of bottom pivot mushroom head and the parametric design function of two-dimensional drawing of bottom pivot.(4)Set up the design system man-machine interface and code development.The tribological design system of the bottom pivot friction pair of the herringbone gate has been developed.The necessary parameters are input through the human-machine interaction interface,the core mathematical model is called for calculation,and the results and graphic output are completed.The black box operation test shows that the modeling method and design development technology used in this paper are feasible and effective.The design system with simple operation,accurate calculation and high efficiency meets the set requirements,which is of great significance to guide the daily maintenance and redesign of bottom pivot friction pair in practical engineering application.
