Railway is one of the most energy-efficient ways for bulk cargo transportation.Railway marshalling yard is the vital node in railway transportation,the work performance and organization level of which exert great influence on the quantity and quality index of railway transportation.Marshalling station is a complex service system composed of several series subsystems,and the receiving yard is primary step in the work organization of marshalling station,the importance of which is self-evident.This thesis combines the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and takes the uplink receiving yard of Jinzhou marshalling station as study object.The queuing theory is adopted to analyze the logical structure of technical operation in the receiving yard,and parameters of the model are determined on the basis of real operation data and the Detailed Rules of Jinzhou Station.Thus the simulation model of the uplink receiving yard of Jinzhou Station is established,the performance effect factor of which is analyzed through simulation experiment.(1)Technical operation process in the uplink receiving yard of Jinzhou Station is analyzed by queuing theory,which is abstracted into a multilevel multi-server mixed queuing model.The performance effect factor is thus analyzed and the performance evaluation index of the marshalling station’s receiving yard is determined.(2)One the basis of real operation data analysis and Any Logic’s custom distribution function,arrival data of Jinzhou Station’s uplink are analyzed.In addition,steps of the input data modeling are provided,and the probability distribution of input data for interval time of arrival and size of train unit is determined.(3)Embedded rail library tool of the Any Logic simulation software are used to establish the physical model of the receiving yard’s uplink of Jinzhou marshalling station.On the basis of technical operation process analysis,model of Jinzhou Station’s uplink receiving yard is established,which can realize the running of leading locomotive and shunting locomotive and prevent operation conflict.Besides,the model is revised according to Detailed Rules of Jinzhou Station and definite data of capacity.(4)Single factor way is adopted to design two simulation experiments for interval variation of arrival and quantity change of the tracks so as to analyze effect factor of receiving yard’s uplink of Jinzhou marshalling station.The result indicates that the dominant factor affecting the performance of the receiving yard is scarce capacity of the hump when interval time is less than 24 minutes,and its train inspection when the interval time is between 24 and 35 minutes.
