Abstract/Summary:
Since the 21 st century,China’s urbanization process has been accelerated,and urban rail transit has entered a period of rapid development with the rapid increase of urban traffic demand.With the rapid development of power electronic technology,converter system is gradually developing in the direction of high frequency,high capacity and high power,which is widely used in rail transit industry.The resulting electromagnetic conducted interference will not only reduce its reliability and performance,but also affect the normal operation of the surrounding equipment.Therefore,the research on the conduction interference mechanism of converter has theoretical significance and engineering value to solve the EMC problem.In this paper,the converter of metro train is taken as the research object.Firstly,the concept,development history and research status at home and abroad of the converter conducted interference are introduced.The mechanism of the converter conducted interference of a metro train is analyzed,the interference source and interference path are determined,the suppression method of conducted interference is discussed,and the optimization strategy is proposed.The high-order harmonic generated at the output side of the converter is analyzed.Study,point out its harm and put forward the method of elimination.Using Simplorer software,a high-frequency electrical model of the converter suitable for the simulation of conducted interference is established to study the mechanism of conducted interference of the converter,and the conducted interference is suppressed by adding parasitic capacitance on the ground wire.Then the standard test of the conducted interference of the converter is summarized,and its shortcomings are explained.The non-standard test of the conducted interference is proposed and the test method is described.Finally,the rectification of conducted interference of converter is summarized.The research content of the paper can provide theoretical guidance for the study of the conduction interference mechanism of converter,and provide reference for the simulation modeling of conduction interference of other power electronic equipment and the test and elimination of conduction interference.
