As an important part of high speed railway power supply system,high speed rail contact network is essential to ensure the safety of trains running on time.In order to grasp the operation reliability and power supply stability of the catenary system of high-speed railway in time,it is of great significance to scientifically evaluate its safe operation state.Based on this study and constructed by China taiyuan railway bureau group co.,LTD.,a high-speed catenary system as the research object,on May affect the safe operation of the dangerous and harmful factors for identification and analysis,established the system risk problem state evaluation and safe running of related research,so as to the safety of the high-speed catenary system management and scientific decision-making to provide technical support.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The safety risk problem library of high-speed railway catenary system based on HAZOP was sorted out and built:First of all,based on hazard and operability study(HAZOP)method,a group of technical team and management personnel in the houma north supply section is constructed to divide into three primary level units including “external environmental factors,equipment performance,structural parameters of bow net”,13 second-level units,and the corresponding 29 tertiary level node;Then,by analyzing the possible deviations of each node,combined with relevant requirements such as operation specifications.A total of 35 safety operation risk events were sorted out,and 47 hidden trouble detection standards were set,so as to complete the construction of risk problem database.(2)The evaluation index system of safety operation status of catenary system of high-speed railway is selected and optimized:Firstly,based on the relevant risk assessment criteria and the actual needs of the enterprise,25 influencing factors were selected from the hidden trouble screening criteria of the risk problem database to construct the initial indicator system for the evaluation of the safety operation status of high-speed railway catenary system.Then,the principal component analysis method is improved,information sensitivity parameters are introduced,the initial evaluation indexes are optimized and screened,and the core index system with 20 indexes is established.(3)Based on cooperative game theory and variable weight correction method,the weight of evaluation index is optimized: On the one hand,the compatibility matrix method,the structural entropy weight method and the information sensitivity analysis method were used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index.On the other hand,aiming at the problem that the deviation between the index value and the standard value is too large to affect the evaluation result,the variable weight method is adopted to correct the variable weight of the combination weight.(4)A cloud model-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the safety operation status of high-speed railway catenary system is constructed:In order to solve the problem of randomness and fuzziness of each evaluation index data,the cloud model method is used to realize quantitative processing of qualitative evaluation index,and the evaluation results are compared with the actual situation to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the model.Specific prevention and control measures and Suggestions are put forward for the indicators with low evaluation grade.
