Abstract/Summary:
The signal interlocking system of railway stations has always been the key equipment to ensure the safety of train running and shunting and the efficient use of railway lines.China’s railways were developed based on the early 6502 electrical centralized interlocking.Nowadays,the executive layer of the traditional computer interlocking system still uses relay equipment for driving scheduling.With the rapid development of the railway industry and the increasingly widespread application of computer interlocking systems in the field of railway signals,the availability of more high-tech products and gradually increasing communication data makes it difficult for interlocking actuators based on traditional relays System control requirements,and the electronic intelligent execution layer is the future development direction of railway signal research.This subject relies on CAN bus technology and takes railway field basic equipment as the research object to design a smart node based on CAN bus communication and the electronic interface circuit of the three basic railway equipment.In the design of the intelligent node,the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer with integrated CAN controller is selected as the main control chip,and the peripheral circuit is added in combination with the characteristics of the CAN bus;in the implementation of the hardware interface circuit design of the field device,the appropriate power electronic device is designed to replace the traditional The use of safety relays in interlocking control;the software design mainly includes programming based on CAN bus communication between intelligent nodes and logic programming between the control quantities in the human-computer interaction interface of the host computer.The subject studied the i CAN application layer protocol in the CAN bus,and reassigned the definition of the CAN bus message identifier according to the control requirements and purposes required to achieve the communication between intelligent nodes;the human-machine interface selected the local station map of Dalian Bay As the basis for interface design,make the corresponding interlocking table and derive the route expression,and write the control logic program of the field device according to the expression.Script programs are written for each functional module in the interface to realize the operability of the interface.Finally,the existing equipment is used to optimize and test the design interface to verify its operability and rationality.
