| The correct operation of the protection device requires reasonable protection setting.A set of setting values that can meet the needs of various operation modes and power grid is the necessary prerequisite for the reliable operation of the protection device.The existing technology needs more manpower and consumes a lot of time and energy for the modification and checking of relay protection device’s fixed value.It is inefficient and has a high error rate.The main reason is that the modification and checking of relay protection device’s fixed value by the existing technology is too traditional.Starting from the actual fixed value verification work of Anhui power grid,in order to realize the closed-loop operation flow of fixed value work,according to the deficiencies in the process of current relay protection equipment fixed value verification and the "two transformations" requirement put forward in the medium and long-term development strategy of power grid company,the starting point and end point of fixed value operation task are: management software platform;and the implementer of the task: portable.The two modules of relay protection setting verification device are Keilu Vision4 and MCU,Visual Studio as the development platform,SQL Server database and C # advanced programming language.The main work is as follows:1.A relay protection setting calculation method based on risk index and improved adaptive genetic algorithm is studied.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the previous examples,a mathematical model based on risk index is built,and the improved adaptive genetic algorithm is used for calculation.At the same time,aiming at the inefficiency of traditional checking methods,taking distance protection as an example,based on calculating the importance of protection,judging the importance of protection,and sorting the checking order of protection according to the descending order of importance index,avoiding the randomness of traditional checking methods.2.In order to obtain a set of accurate and suitable setting values for real-time operation of power grid,and considering the complexity of data reading and writing and the variety of coordination modes,the expert system is integrated into the setting and verification of relay protection.The corresponding knowledge representation method is used for the setting module and checking module of the expert system.The SQL server database,C# and Visual Studio are selected as the development platform for the expert system.The expert system is developed and the detailed system interface is given.3.The key problems to be solved in the design of verification device are analyzed,and the device is developed on STM32F103 ARM single chip computer platform and Keilu Vision 4 software platform.Finally,the device is tested,and the test results show that thedevice can complete the verification task accurately and correctly.By studying the fixed value management system,analyzing the specific functional requirements and functional framework of the actual fixed value verification work,a set of fixed value management system suitable for relay protection fixed value verification device is developed.Finally,the accurate fixed value obtained by the expert system is sent to the fixed value verification device,and the management background is used to complete the closed-loop operation of the whole fixed value process. |
