Raman spectroscopy is an important analysis method to identify the structure and composition of substances.It has many advantages such as no sample preparation,no damage to the sample,fast detection speed,and adaptability to high and low temperature and high pressure.At present,the types of samples detected by Raman spectroscopy cover most organic and inorganic substances.For exploring many samples under very temperature and pressure conditions(such as vacuum,high and low temperature,constant temperature,etc.),you need to prepare the corresponding reaction cell and The Raman spectrometer cooperates to ensure the characteristics of the samples for experimental research.However,there is currently no mature reaction cell for laboratory use in China.Some scholars at home and abroad will prepare simple reaction cells according to the needs of individual experiments,but most of these reaction cells have problems with single functions and poor versatility.Therefore,based on the synthesis of the use requirements of Raman spectrometer and the functional requirements of the reaction cell,this paper develops and manufactures a high and low temperature Raman reaction cell that can provide a variety of experimental environments,is convenient to use,and has stable performance.In this paper,based on the design requirements of the Raman spectrometer,such as the working distance of the objective lens and the function of the reaction cell,the design ideas and design schemes of the high and low temperature Raman reaction cell are proposed,and the cavity and components of the reaction cell are selected and analyzed.Determine the mechanical structure of the high and low temperature Raman reaction cell is composed of the main parts such as the vacuum chamber,the sample table and the sample table support seat,complete the production of various parts,and assemble.Three groups of experiments,including temperature rise test,temperature decrease test and sealing performance test of the reaction cell,verify the basic performance of the reaction cell.From the test results,it can be seen that the temperature control range of the reaction cell is minus 130 ℃ to zero 500 ℃,and the sealing performance is good.Meet the needs of most samples.Analyze and optimize the temperature control system of the reaction cell.By establishing the temperature transfer function and control rules,the optimization design of the reaction cell heating system is carried out,and the Matlab simulation software is used to simulate and verify the reaction cell heating system Due to inaccurate temperature control and other issues,an automated control method was used to optimize the design of the cooling system of the reaction cell.Through the two sets of experiments of solid sample graphene oxide and liquid sample aluminum ion battery,the diversity of the sample that the reaction cell can carry is verified.In two sets of experiments,the performance of the reaction cell was stable and a high-quality Raman spectrogram was obtained with the Raman spectrometer,which met the design goals of the reaction cell and verified the versatility of the reaction cell.The successful research and development of the high and low temperature Raman reaction cell has accumulated some design experience for the field of functional reaction cell equipment in China,and is of great significance to accelerate the development of Raman spectroscopy technology in China.
