| With the rapid development of smart home in recent years,smart home equipment has gradually changed people’s lifestyle.Its ultimate goal is to achieve the interconnection of all intelligent devices in the home,so that each device can be used as the entrance to the smart home system.However,due to the limitations of technical conditions,this goal can not be achieved.Therefore,we need to control terminal as the carrier of smart home system.The original smart terminal was a personal smart-phone,and now the terminal is moved to smart products such as smart speakers and television.At present,the control terminal has many shortcomings and limitations in the aspects of interactive mode,intelligent degree,connection of smart home equipment and perceptual service,which leads to the user’s low experience and satisfaction with smart home.Based on the situation and behavior theory,the author explores the user’s demand for smart home control terminal,and strives to explore a terminal control product that can bring better experience to users and better meet their needs.In view of this goal,the study starts with the theory of situation and behavior,and discusses its concept and research significance.Specific research is divided into online and offline.On-line part,through the analysis and research of smart home products in the current market,summarizes its shortcomings and shortcomings,and thus gets the design elements.In the offline part,we analyze the situation and behavior of the daily life of the users,discuss the value and significance of the combination of behavior and situation to obtain demand,find the way to combine the two,and construct the product design process of behavior situation analysis.The specific process of behavior situation analysis is as follows: Firstly,in the stage of user survey,we obtain the contextual factors,behavior information,product positioning and design direction and some user needs through quantitative and qualitative research methods.Then,according to the classification of living space,the acquisition of situational factors is classified into different spatial contextual structures,and the specific information table of each space is constructed.Secondly,the behavior activity flow is combined with the specific situation information table of the corresponding home space to construct the situation unit of each behavior flow,and the user’s demand for the control terminal embodied in each situation unit is analyzed.Then the behavior situation analysis part of the demand and user research part of the demand for classification,summarized into design elements,the two parts of the design elements are integrated and weight analysis.Finally,select the top three design elements of importance degree,combined with product positioning and design direction,carry out the conceptual design of intelligent home control terminal products,and put the design scheme back to the situation to verify,verify that the designed control terminal can meet the needs of users,and improve the user for smart home.Experience and satisfaction.It proves the validity of the theoretical method studied. |
