With the continuous improvement of consumer’s quality consciousness,the construction quality of commercial housing is required to be higher and higher in China’s residential construction market.The level of residential quality that can be achieved by using traditional construction technology and construction technology can not meet the needs of social development.It is necessary to rely on the promotion of advanced and applicable technologies to achieve the improvement of residential engineering quality.As a new construction method,full cast-in-place exterior wall structure can fundamentally eliminate some hidden quality hazards,improve the quality level of the project,improve labor productivity,improve the working environment of workers,save resources,reduce the emissions of construction waste,dust and harmful gases,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.At present,the application of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure in China is still at the initial stage of exploration.It is necessary to study thoroughly on its key technologies,such as the theory of swing filling wall,the deepening design of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure,the research and development of structural joint materials,the seismic performance of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure,the selection of matching formwork system,the summary of construction application and benefit analysis.According to the theoretical basis of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure,this paper applies relevant research results to deepen the design of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure of building structure system,determines reasonable structure joint structure,and compares and analyses the way of setting structure joint by fuzzy comprehensive method.The core innovation is to apply structural finite element software Midas/Gen to carry out eigenvalue analysis and dynamic time-history analysis on the seismic performance of the full cast-in-place structure,to evaluate the seismic performance of the full cast-in-place structure,and to study the setting mode of the external wall which is more conducive to giving full play to the seismic performance of the full cast-in-place external wall structure on the building structure with different joint setting modes of the outer wall structure.Finally,the economic,environmental and social benefits of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure are analyzed.The purpose of this paper is to provide better suggestions for the development of full cast-in-place exterior wall structure in China through relevant research,so as to make it more meaningful for popularization and practical operation in China.At the same time,follow-up researchers can use the research methods of this paper for reference,expand on this basis,and promote the development and application of fullcast-in-place exterior wall structure.
