Research On Externality Design Of High-rise Buildings Based On Environmental Perception Evaluation

With the development of new urbanization and the shortage of urban land resources,highrise buildings have become a common building type in cities.However,high-rise buildings are often limited to the aesthetic and functional layout of the form,ignoring the external environment formed by it and its impact on the psychological behavior of citizens,and because of its special scale,this effect is particularly significant.The external environment of high-rise buildings is the place where citizens are widely contacted in their daily life.Environmental psychology shows that environmental perception is the first step for people to explore and understand the world.It is of great significance for guiding the construction of high-rise buildings and improving the quality of urban environment to study the external environmental characteristics formed by high-rise buildings and explore the influence of physical environment on psychological behavior from the perspective of environmental perception.This paper studies the relationship between external environmental characteristics and environmental perception of high-rise buildings by using subjective evaluation method,taking physical environmental characteristics and environmental perception as the entry point.Firstly,according to the theory of environmental psychology and the exploratory interview of citizens’ psychological needs,three perception levels of "visual identification and perception","spatial pattern perception" and "site experience perception" were summarized to construct the index system of environmental perception evaluation.Through interpretation and outer space theory,urban design from two dimensions of skin texture,and the interface building material environmental characteristics of the high-rise building external environment index set,which covers the ground texture dimension scale,the active site space,ground negative space,venue facilities,while the relationship between the five factors,covers the interface dimensions,streets,street interface scales form,texture,streets,street interface interface landscape four factors.Secondly,in order to connect region selected 10 high-rise building external environment scene as the research sample,for example,through semantic difference method for sensory evaluation research,access to all the citizens of environment perception data,and through the field survey,design drawings,Google maps and other ways to obtain data on the physical environment characteristics of samples,to provide a data analysis.Thirdly,with the aid of SPSS software and statistical mathematical analysis method,through the mean analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and cluster analysis of perceptual factors influence each other and affect people love degree of awareness of key factors,through the regression analysis it is concluded that people’s perception in the different types of high-rise building external environment tend to focus on.Finally,by the amount of environmental characteristic physics and environmental perception psychological correlation analysis,stepwise regression analysis and the curve estimation method,it is concluded that feature index for all kinds of high-rise building material environment environmental perception factors the influence of the sort and quantity of fit perception psychological changes of index critical value,build up the characteristics of environmental perception and physical environment mathematical relationship,which will provide a scientific basis for the design of high-rise building the external environment.
