China’s construction industry will still maintain a rapid development in the futurefor a period of time, environmental protection, energy conservation, resourceconservation, national policy is increasingly perfect, facing the development of theconstruction industry more and more challenge. The national economic and socialdevelopment is also put forward higher requirements on the development of theconstruction industry, especially in the process of our country’s urbanizationdevelopment, should be more rational use of resources, protect environment, theconstruction of sustainable development into practice. In view of super high-risebuilding can save land characteristics, the high-rise buildings in many of the central cityis developing rapidly, at the same time, super high-rise building extension of the impacton the environment can not be ignored.Green building began to spread in China in new buildings, pave the way for the useof application, all kinds of building energy-saving technology of green buildingmaterials for the realization of green building. Green building is in the full life cycle toimplement all aspects of environmental protection, energy saving buildings, the relatedresearch is carried out from the perspective of consumers on building livable level. Thestage of operation and management of construction to reflect the green, but the processof the implementation of construction projects in the construction and cannot achieveenvironmentally friendly, green building in the implementation process, also hard toavoid environmental pollution and other damage, both at home and abroad on theenvironmental management of construction project related research is not much, butenough to explore issues of environmental management in the process of developmentof building industry caused.The launch of China’s environmental protection law earlier, but now theenvironmental protection areas continued to expand, the pollution of the environment ofconstruction field has caused concern, with the introduction of green building evaluationstandard, laid the foundation for the evaluation of the construction industry in China inthe field of the built environment, based on the building environment impact assessmentin China Studies in time progress. This article launches the research from the angle ofthe environmental impact of the building, the evaluation on the whole life cycle theory,combined with the whole process of the implementation of the high-rise building, discusses gradually. In-depth analysis of the impact of high-rise building on theenvironment in the stage of construction, operation and management, combining withthe development trend of high-rise building and the way to reduce the environmentalimpact, a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international green buildingassessment system and evaluation standards, and summarizes the advantages of all theevaluation system and evaluation standard and deficiencies, constraints to find theimpact of high-rise building on the environment in each stage of the life cycle, and tryto establish the environmental impact of high-rise building in accordance with thevarious stages of the life cycle assessment system of high-rise building. Construction ofthe evaluation of the evaluation system model, carries on the research analysiscombined with the actual case, the high-rise building management environment in theactual process of advice.This paper analyzes high-rise buildings should how to carry out environmentalmanagement in the construction process, the effect of environmental factors on eachstage, the evaluation system of environmental impact of high-rise buildings built,multi-level comprehensive evaluation model. Using the evaluation system andevaluation model to evaluate the degree of super high-rise building friendly, provide thetheoretical basis and practical guidance for environmental management can also be foreach stage of the life cycle of high-rise building.
