Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,pure electric vehicles have attracted people’s attention for their advantages of low noise,zero emissions,and high environmental protection.As the core three-electric components in pure electric vehicles,the research of electric drive system is an important factor that determines the further development of pure electric vehicles.At present,most of the models of various car companies adopt a "split" structure,that is,the motor,motor controller,and transmission are installed on the entire vehicle.This method is costly,and occupies a large space on the entire vehicle,which is not conducive to the layout of the entire vehicle.The motor,motor controller,and transmission are not considered as an electric drive system,which increases the cost of the entire vehicle and reduces the vehicle.Power and economy.As the momentum of the development of pure electric vehicles becomes more and more fierce,more stringent requirements such as light weight,low cost,high performance,high efficiency,and high integration are put forward for the drive system of pure electric vehicles.In response to the above problems,this paper relies on a company’s pure electric vehicle mass production research and development project,first analyzes the development of pure electric vehicle drive systems at home and abroad,and draws a conclusion that both domestic and foreign countries are developing integrated electric drive systems.Secondly,the basic structure of the three-in-one integrated electric drive system for pure electric vehicles is analyzed,and the integrated configuration of the same type of products is compared,and the three-in-one electric drive system configuration scheme of this article is obtained.At the same time,on this basis,according to the vehicle’s first-level performance indicators and other goals,such as the maximum speed,acceleration time per hundred kilometers,maximum climbing degree,weight target,etc.,the constant power of the motor system is calculated using the corresponding vehicle dynamics formula in the automobile theory,Peak power,and gear ratio range,determine the transmission parameters and drive motor parameters,and match the transmission parameters.After determining the motor system and transmission parameters,the motor system and transmission were selected,the more mature products on the market were selected,and the external characteristic parameters of the motor system were listed.After the product parameters and product selection are confirmed,use the CATIA software to complete the data drawing,and submit the vehicle for reconfirmation.After the data was frozen,the simulation analysis was performed on the motor,motor controller,transmission,and three-in-one electric drive system,and the simulation results were obtained.According to the frozen version data,the mold opening instruction is issued to mold the three-in-one electric drive system assembly.Finally,for the designed electric drive system assembly,combined with its special structure,a corresponding test plan was designed and tested to verify it.It is concluded that the three-in-one electric drive system assembly can meet the requirements of the whole vehicle.The design of the drive system of a pure electric vehicle is different from that of a fuel vehicle.This article addresses this problem and develops a three-in-one electric drive system suitable for pure electric vehicles.At the same time,the special structure of the three-in-one electric drive system is clearly stated.Corresponding test items,and related tests,completed the actual development of the three-in-one electric drive system assembly.
