With the energy and pollution problems become more and more serious, people look at the issue of energy and environmental protection is more and more important. Slag skimming vehicle is a kind of construction machinery, which works inside the enterprise. The traditional internal combustion engine provides the driving force for the whole vehicle. It not only causes the pollution to the air, but also is a threat to the health of the staff. Pure electric slag skimming vehicle can not only improve the pollution problem, but also solve the pure electric vehicle continued driving mileage because of of the convenience of its charging.Thus,it has great potential in the iron and steel smelting industry and have a very strong research significance.Firstly, this thesis designed both the driving system and work system structure for this pure electric slag skimming car based on the use and work environment of this vehicle, which combined with the structural characteristics of pure electric vehicles.After recearching of this kind of structure, the parameters of battery, motor, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump were selected and matched.Then, the simulation model of the whole vehicle was setted up in AMESim environment. The simulation model includes the core components, the power system control method, the energy recovery system and the whole vehicle control strategy, which were encapsulated in the super module. This thesis also plugged the selected parameters into the simulation model to conduct simulation analysis based on the working condition made by myself.Finally, it optimized the parameters based on the genetic algorithm by using the performance analysis of the simulation accomplished by AMEsim-simulink co-simulation. And the effect shows that the recovery system of the boom potential energy increased by 10.6% without affecting the stability of the system as well as the driver's comfort level,and the optimized parameters are more suitable for the energy recovery system.
