This article mainly studies the design calculation,construction technology and construction management of ultra-high performance concrete rigid frame arch bridge.Ultra high performance concrete rigid frame arch bridge is a bridge structure obtained by combining ultra high performance concrete and rigid frame arch bridge structure.This structure is a prefabricated bridge that can make full use of the performance of ultra high performance concrete(UHPC)materials and make the rigid frame The arch bridge has the advantages of light weight,material saving,etc.It also has high crack resistance and high durability,and increases the degree of assembly and safety reserve performance of the bridge type,and makes the bridge shape more beautiful.This paper relies on the high-speed K7+164 bridge project of Gaoen to design and optimize the structure of the ultra-high performance concrete rigid frame arch bridge.The bridge is 66 m long,5.5m wide,the arch rib span is 58 m,the vector height is 6.5m,and the vector ratio is 1/8.9(f/L=6.5/58),composed of 3 UHPC ultra-high performance concrete arch ribs,on which cast-in-place C50 ordinary concrete bridge deck is applied,so that the arch and the bridge deck are jointly stressed.The calculation and verification results of the two schemes with and without prestressing are shown in the design,and the two design schemes of the ultra-high performance concrete arch bridge with and without prestressing are both safe and reasonable,and the design and construction process are both reasonable and reliable.Whether there is a prestressed solution can meet the requirements of the structure’s load-bearing and durability,but the prestressed solution has a larger investment in construction than the non-prestressed solution,and the non-prestressed solution can give full play to the ultra-high compression performance of ultra-high performance concrete And the excellent tensile performance,so the final design plan is determined as the ultra-high performance concrete without prestressed rigid arch bridge plan.High-energy K7+164 ultra-high performance concrete rigid frame arch bridge uses factory prefabricated bridge component units,on-site hoisting and splicing construction,first prefabricated in the factory section,simultaneous construction of bridge substructure,after the prefabricated components,transport prefabricated components To the site,hoisting and matching,on-site cast-in-place wet joint connection,after the arch piece unit has formed a system,and then cast-in-situ bridge deck on the arch piece,and then carry out the deck pavement work to complete the overall rigid frame arch bridge.During the construction of the bridge,certain quality control and assurance measures were taken to ensure that the bridgestructural system was reasonably stressed and the construction process was safe and convenient.This article also expounds the management measures for the entire construction process of the ultra-high performance concrete rigid frame arch bridge during the project,such as the construction plan,construction technology,and quality management.
