| As the key parts of automobile engine,the assembly quality of fuel injection nozzle directly affects the power output of engine,and has an important impact on the safety and economy of automobile.With the application of in cylinder direct injection technology,the assembly of injector is more difficult and the assembly quality requirements are more strict.In the past,manual assembly was mainly used,which resulted in unstable quality and low efficiency,and the labor cost increased year by year.In view of the fact that the assembly requirements can not be met now,it is necessary to develop automatic assembly equipment and flexibly produce different models according to the demand engine.In this paper,combined with some brand passenger car production line the import of new products,new technology,with direct injection nozzles in cylinder and cylinder head as the research object,through the analysis of actual requirements and technical requirements,assembly process require a cylinder head after cleaning,automatic nozzle pressure equipment,and screw down the fixed,through the air tightness test after assembly,ensure the seal qualification.Through the comparative analysis of three different schemes in MSEQCD,the paper chooses the automatic assembly scheme.In this paper,CATIA software is applied to adopt the top-down design method.First,the overall mechanism framework of the equipment is constructed,and then each station and unit of the equipment is designed in detail.The cylinder head is handled by FANUC robot,and each station is connected in series to form the whole equipment.At the same time,the design considers the compatibility and flexibility of the future hardware,and reserves the space for transformation,so as to reduce the difficulty and cost of subsequent transformation and shorten the import cycle.Then,based on DELMIA software,the motion simulation of the equipment is carried out to check the interference and optimize the structure.The ECRS principle analysis method is applied to find out the equipment’s beat bottleneck position,optimize the beat,improve the production efficiency of the system,and make the whole machine beat meet the planning requirements.Through the virtual assembly technology to shorten the cycle of equipment import,the application of robot,servo system,clever structural design to improve the flexibility of the system,enhance the expansibility of the equipment.After the introduction of production,the planning requirements were verified one by one,and the production capacity reached the target requirements.In this paper,through the independent development and design research,the application of automation technology,the development of high quality,high stability,high efficiency flexible nozzle automatic assembly equipment,in order to reduce the intensity of artificial labor,improve the production tempo,improve production efficiency,while ensuring the assembly quality,to meet the needs of consumers. |
