Presently, China has promoted stricter diesel car exhaust emission laws andregulations to adapt the request of the whole world to save energy and protect environment.The State Council authorizes to implement the national third stage vehicle emissionstandards (i.e. country3emission standards) in all new sales vehicles (gasoline, diesel oil)on the nationwide scale, starting from July1,2008.As for diesel engine, competitive core technology, high pressure common railinjection system, is the key to success. Those mastering this technology will play a leadingrole in the engine market, and even in the auto market. The essay starts with problemswhich occur in the process of assembly, and searches for solutions by combiningexperiments with theoretical analyses so as to fundamentally achieve higher consistence ofperformance after assembly, thus improving assembly qualified rate. Key assemblytechniques are analyzed and improved by designing corresponding testing equipment toobserve and ensure the stability of assembly technique indexes. A large number ofexperiments about oil nozzle help find the relationship between oil injector assemblyperformance and oil nozzle flow as well as sealing surface area. Corresponding testingequipment before assembly are made based on experiment results, thus to large extentsolving the problem of inconsistence of performance after assembly caused by oil nozzleproblems.
