Road marking can not be replaced in urban road,and proper planning of road marking can reduce traffic accident rate and improve traffic efficiency.In the construction management and maintenance of the marking,the relevant departments will spend a lot of manpower and material resources every year.The traditional paper marking data management takes time and energy,which can not meet the requirements of efficient and safety management.In order to meet the requirements of scientific and efficient management of road marking,the marking data can be stored into the database for standardized and unified management.The management system will be more secure and standardized,and various road marking will be displayed on the map to complete the scientific,efficient and visual management in order to improve the management quality and efficiency of relevant departments.A road marking management system based on GIS is designed in the thesis.The system mainly includes user module,road marking data management module,map management module,system user management module and report budget module.Web application framework Django,Web GIS development tool Open Layers,Python language,modular front-end UI framework Layui,database Postgre SQL and Post GIS extension were used to complete the system construction.Among them,the user module to achieve user registration,login,modify data and so on;the road marking data management module is used to manage the marking data and generate the marking layer file in Geo JSON format from the marking spatial data in the database;the map management module includes various map controls and marking visualization functions(displays the marking data from the layer file on the map);the system user management module is designed to manage system users and assign permissions;the report budget module can generate Excel table of marking and calculate construction budget.Finally,the function module of the system is verified.The marking data are all simulated data of Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang.The results show that the system is scientific,efficient and convenient in road marking management,providing a possibility for relevant departments to efficiently and scientifically manage huge road marking data and improve service quality in the future.
