China’s coal-fired boilers have been a large amount of possession,wide distribution,high energy consumption,pollution and many other problems,all aspects compared with foreign countries,there is a certain gap,boiler combustion thermal efficiency is not high,directly affect the operating costs of boilers.This time we need to put a certain amount of energy to seriously analyze the boiler combustion thermal efficiency,and then according to our analysis and calculation results,to optimize the boiler production and operation,How to choose the control algorithm carefully will directly affect the control quality of the whole control system,which is the key factor to determine the success or failure of the whole control system design.According to the calculation formula of the boiler performance test procedure,through the measurement of the parameters in the process of boiler combustion thermal efficiency calculation,the anti-balance method is used to calculate the various thermal losses,and the calculation process is configured,the distribution control system is used to calculate and monitor the boiler thermal efficiency,Moreover,the combustion process of the boiler is optimized and controlled reasonably,because the combustion process of the boiler is complex,the parameters are in the aspects of large lag,coupling and certain inertia.The influence of external load change is large,It is difficult to have certain rules in the establishment of mathematical model.Due to the change of relevant parameters,it is difficult for traditional PID control to control all kinds of situations accurately.In this paper,the fuzzy control theory is effectively combined with the traditional PID control theory,and the fuzzy control theory is effectively combined,for all kinds of operating conditions,through long-term accumulated operating experience to determine the fuzzy rules,and then the real-time PID parameters to modify,using THE MAT system simulation,the results show that no matter how much load change In the control of boiler combustion oxygen,excess air system and negative pressure,the ultra-adjustment of fuzzy self-regulating PID control is small,the adjustment time is short,and the adjustment process is more stable.In view of the traditional PID control,the boiler combustion thermal efficiency is monitored online,especially the optimization of combustion process,In order to adapt to the change of combustion process,it is impossible to change the parameters in real time.The parameters proposed in this paper can be updated in real time,and the real-time optimization can better adapt to various changes and disturbances in the combustion process.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the thermal efficiency and combustion optimization of coal-fired boilers. |
