| By the end of 2019,the total mileage of expressways in China has reached 149600 km,ranking first in the world.Expressway auxiliary mechanical and electrical system is one of the important components of expressway,and it is an important guarantee facility to reflect the function,safety and service attributes of expressway.With the rapid expansion of Expressway Mechanical and electrical system,mechanical and electrical maintenance is becoming more and more important.It will gradually develop from a subdivision business of expressway operation to one of the core business.In addition,the electromechanical system should be improved with the times The technology and management level of unified maintenance is also imminent.To sum up,it is of practical significance to carry out the research on the maintenance quality evaluation of expressway electromechanical system at this stage.This paper takes the construction of "index system of influencing Expressway Mechanical and electrical system maintenance quality" as the goal,chooses the research idea of "value engineering theory(VE)" combined with "analytic hierarchy process(AHP)",and takes into account the structural characteristics of expressway electromechanical system and the related requirements of electromechanical maintenance technology and management.Firstly,the index system is constructed and the index weight is calculated Then,the case study is carried out based on the index system.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)In order to make the index system more complete and reasonable,the paper revised and improved the index system by questionnaire survey,and then calculated the weight of the final index system.(2)In this paper,the factors that affect the maintenance quality of Expressway Mechanical and electrical system are mainly determined as "function" index,and "cost" index is used to directly obtain the occurred data through later evaluation,and then the value of maintenance quality is calculated by combining "function" and "cost" indexes with value engineering theory.(3)This paper gives the value definition of quantitative calculation or qualitative description for each index in the index system,and forms a systematic theoretical system for evaluating the mechanical and electrical maintenance quality of expressways.(4)Finally,the paper selects the Xinjiang Hami Expressway to carry out the case application analysis.The case application shows that the research results can effectively select the best scheme of new technology and equipment selection required by mechanical and electrical maintenance,and it also helps the highway operation unit to compare and select the most appropriate maintenance mode.The innovation of this paper lies in the selection of value engineering,which divides the factors affecting the maintenance quality into two dimensions of "function" and "cost",which is different from the traditional fixed thinking of cost oriented evaluation.Therefore,the significance of research based on value engineering is to obtain the optimal maintenance quality with reasonable(or lowest)cost.The conclusion of the paper also verifies the reasonable integrity of the index system and the significance of production guidance,and the results are expected to provide reference for the related research of Expressway Mechanical and electrical system maintenance. |
