In recent years,the expressway construction mileage of Ningxia has been repeatedly innovative,and electromechanical system has gradually become the expressway operation and management of the support system and realize the way,is playing an increasingly important role.At present,the problem of insufficient maintenance funds and high cost of Expressway electromechanical system has become increasingly prominent,while the domestic research on the maintenance of Expressway electromechanical systems is less.According to the actual demand of the market,standardization and specialization of Expressway mechanical and electrical maintenance,it is urgent to develop the maintenance quota of Ningxia Expressway Electromechanical system to meet the needs of the development and management of the industry.Study on Ningxia electromechanical system of expressway maintenance quota,in order to meet the urgent need of Ningxia expressway development and electromechanical system maintenance management,to the maintenance of electromechanical system of Expressway provides valuation basis and technical and economic indexes,the specification for expressway electromechanical system maintenance cost determination and control.Firstly,based on the research of electromechanical system of expressway maintenance management,points out the existing problems,and puts forward the development direction of China’s electromechanical system of expressway maintenance;and then through the Ningxia electromechanical system of expressway maintenance management situation in-depth investigation of the framework of the Ningxia expressway electromechanical system maintenance quota is studied,for classification of the quota items simple and practical,research to determine the Ningxia expressway electromechanical system maintenance quota principle and basis,procedures and ideas,technical requirements and preparation methods,with emphasis on the comprehensive utilization of AHP and entropy theory to establish the calculation model,to study the influence factors of mechanical and electrical maintenance quota level,to determine artificial mechanical amplitude difference coefficient of the quota;finally through the establishment of the Ningxia Tongxin-Yanchuanzi expressway electromechanical system of a maintenance project quota for example to verify.The research results of this thesis can provide some ideas for future research on maintenance of electromechanical system of our country expressway pricing basis and valuation system research,provide some guidance and reference.
